Question for a bad out put shaft speed sensor would cause an acura tl to rev. Up but will not move or move real slow. because that's what came up on my diagnostic tester.

@@jeraldbennett8387 if it happens after only a few minutes of driving then the transmission is smoked. Very common problem on these.

2005 Acura rl, same problem but do I need to gap the sensor if so on the tip of the sensor or on the bolt where I tighten?

Nah, it should just fit in snug then just tighten it down like normal

What code were you getting. I'm getting 13-1 left wheel speed sensor open or shorted.
