Is there a big difference between 2 and 3 stack of destructiveness ? Can I go with 2 destructiveness and 1 berserker for example?

I think 2 destructiveness is fine but I would still start off with 3 if you’re just starting out with him. It isn’t a huge difference but it’s noticeable when chasing certain characters that have a speed advantage/broken windows
