Awesome to see you finally getting settled Alosha! Beautiful Hybrid Home creation - living Art.
I'm glad you're living your dream.
What an absolutely beautiful country
You look so very happy while you are building. Congratulations. You picked a lovely spot. Not at all how I imagined Russia to be.
Congratulations! That is a stunning achievement. You should be so proud! (I LOVE the footage with your cats. Such love!!)
What an amazing home and what a lovely spot! We were following you quite a while since that one interview with Michael Tellinger and it’s so good to see you finally „arriving“ in your wonderful home. You look so much better and more relaxed…
All the best to Zoya and you! ❤
I absolutely love your house i am enspired more and more by your achievements. Cant wait to see it all finished out. ALSO LOVE LOVE ALL THE PLANTS. What a dreamy cozy atmosphere. ❤
Thank you so much for this warm comment
Hi From South Africa Alosha and Zoya

Wow, your former business was really cool! And I see you've brought the same artistic eye to this project, it's interesting and lovely... Bravo!
Congratulations! It's so nice to see your skills bringing beauty into your life. This is truly incredible! Way better than 100 unbuilt drawings.
Hello from Fort Worth Texas, good job I love it.
Cowtown here representing ✌🏼
Wow wow wow what an achievement happiness and joy...how lovely is Russia❤🥰👍😀
Congratulations Alosha!
Excellent build, and thinking, we’re getting ready to by land in Florida or some other state near us, don’t let fear hold you back, congratulations on your beautiful home, and your kind heart, wish you, your family, and your mother in law the best in your new life. Thank you, Maria❤🎉
Wow! Such an inspiring video on how we can practically build a physically better life! Home wise ;)
By the way, you have so many sons and an adult daughter who looks sporty that it seems to me that your family could build a cottage over the summer with their own efforts. Or at least a dacha. Although, with modern technologies, it is possible to build a dacha so that you can live there all year round or come for the winter holidays. 🤔🤔😅😅
you are a genius and a very special human, sending love to you and all your family there
WOW❤ I'm blown away..I live in New York, on the border of Canada, and have been looking at different builds that are "do-able" and this is one of the smartest I've seen. The wavy walls throw me a bit, yet I don't see how one couldn't design around them etc. Nicely done!
Thank you
Maybe buttresses?
@@ryaneschweiler5179 it’s not needed here. Why do U think
The wavy walls are actually an ingenious and artistic way to handle the spreading load of the arched roof without having to build much thicker walls or need buttresses. I’m very impressed!
@@nauy that’s exactly it. Thank you. For this home wavy walls are not needed. I was planning a shallow Roman arch which exerts much more lateral force. But we decided to go for the Gothic arch due to height
Love it - my husband and I may be very interested in this course. We are buying a bush block in Australia - we are very aware of bubble Crete - but your construction with the shade sail tubes is such a logical progression - love it - love you vaulted ceilings - very interested. Please keep us informed about the course.
Stunning affordable home! Beautifully done. I love your earthship / earthbag hybrid building techniques you went over in some of your videos. Truly visionary. Blessings to you and your family :)
Beautiful!! ❤
You are amazing.
I look forward to the upcoming videos!

From California, very good designs! 👐
5:48 Who cut that sheet of roofing iron mate? Looks like it was done with an angle grinder, while suspended from one of the trusses, during a force 10 gale. Just for future reference, if you score the sheet with the rear-most tooth of a panel saw, parallel with the profile, you can bend it a couple of times and it’ll break off, real straight & clean, with no wandering and no hand hackers.
I love it! (Your comment).
Kitty walking by at 7:29 :) also, amazing work!! Beautiful & inspiring
Thank you! 😊
So happy for you. Looks a beautiful place to be.❤
Awesome Alosha. Great to see you happy with such an awesome mission. x
Thank you!! 😊Noel
As an American with insane home prices, I can relate to your anxiety about having a place to live that is truly your own. It may be seen as semantics, but I don't think it's fair to blame capitalism. Rather, consumerism seems to be the culprit. It is still possible to build a good small house in the US for about $100k, which is approximately 2x the annual income of the average American. The problem is most Americans are more interested in living in huge, inefficient homes in exclusive zip codes than in relieving themselves of the bondage of a 30 year mortgage. That's not capitalisms fault.
Russia is a capitalist country as well. I don't understand what is he talking about?
I am offgrid 10 years now. Would never again pay more than $5000 for a home. Living in something I built myself. In the US
Lovely home, and all the plants make it feel cozy. Lucky to have a blueberry patch just outside your door! Very beautiful setting to build a home
this blueberry patch is 25000 Hectares of non stop forest all with blueberries and mushrooms
@@AloshaLynovwow,🎉, unbelievable…this is good about large country and small population density.
Alosha, I have communicated with you before, and followed your progress over the years. I really admire what you have achieved, in spite of great adversity, through fortitude, grit, perseverance and ingenuity. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with others. You are blessed.
I like it. It’s almost like a Quonset hut, but with a much warmer feel with all the wood.
Hey brother! It's Kobus! Long time! So awesome to see this! Congratulations! Still looking for a plan to get out of South Africa, farmers still getting killed by the dozen. I'm also 42 and homeless but not up to get a loan.
if you wanted to leave you would have left, you are keeping yourself from leaving
Beautiful ❤😊
You’re a genius ❤
Its great to see a vision of Russia - like the US, you can't tell that a war is raging.
People are great everywhere.
War is always bad.
I love the building and the community!
Warmest regards Jennie
The extend of abandoned orchards in Russian villages is a huge advantage! Unmatched variety/quality of fruit.
Stunning and beautiful 🤩
I think your home is wonderfully done.
In western Canada there are many homes like that on ski hills. We call them Acorn homes because of their shape (for those unfamiliar with Oak trees).
Where I ski some of them were built on post foundations with an east west axis. In the spring the snow would melt on the south side causing the weight of the unmelted snow on the north side to topple them over
That's the way to do it Alosha!!!
I was wondering which zone you settled in, I had some candidates: in the Ladoga Lake or Lebyazhye...
And now I confirmed you are close to the second, so you are neighboring my wifey's aunt...I might take a bike trip around the coast to pay you a visit this winter, to check isolation...the only thing I have doubt's on. Great bang for the bucks!!! Slava Rossiya!!! 😊
Ok give me a ring first t.me/aloshalynov
Fine video. Trusting you and your family and friends are in good health and prospering. Peace.
Awesome❤❤❤
Your videos bring happy tears to my eyes(;
Amazing.
Dear Alosha, I am here with my partner Acurda and Carla in Charleston South Carolina, watching your latest creation!
wonderful!
This is a dream home. Inspired.
it's amazing!
Brilliant❤
Nice work 👍
This area looks amazing, where is it? Outside of St. Petersburg?????
That park at the end of the video looks like paradise for young families, I really really want to learn where it is exactly!
@@steinerdagawd2851 We live in the town Sosnoviy Bor near St. Petersburg
Would it not be better to lay the roof with ripples perpendicular to to the ground to allow snow and rain water to drain more rapidly?
I thought the same thing immediately. It might not be possible with this material they use, but try to find one that is lol
They don’t bend with ribs going the way you recommended
Great !
beautiful
Love this! I’m trying to do this in Southern California 😬.
The ridiculous price gouging over prefab homes and now tiny homes is crazy. Greed is pervasive in the capitalist system
Hey with love from Mzanzi
Bravo !
I tried to get one of your courses but it never was sent and I emailed several times and finally it had to be refunded. Not sure the best way to get in touch. I want to build a home on my land and love that you took the biogeometry course, so did I and I want to get plans done.
Hi sorry to hear , that we have over 2000 students who all got their courses. Best way to get in touch is telegram. T.me/aloshalynov
Why you are only writing to me now? Usually everyone gets their course that they paid for within 24 hours. Please check your junk mail. The login details could have gone in there
I, too, wake up and exist through that panic, after many years of certain circumstances I just got out of. Now I’m on the road, looking for something small to pay in cash in order to save as much as I can, live frugally & find land in the US to also build on. That anxiety is very real and very debilitating. My daughter doesn’t quite understand and is worried…we’ve all been through a lot, just as so many have. She’s never seen follow through before; only chaos and uncertainty. Living like we are now, regardless how temporary, with these goals, she’s worried we’ll never accomplish them. The conditioning is very real. I’m fighting through it, myself, with the anxiety and worry, too. But…I’m fighting through it, nonetheless. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for sharing your anxieties & your success & subsequent calm & peace after your own efforts to provide for yourself.
so awesome to see an ex saffer doing so well overseas. beautiful build
I loved seeing your ideas come to life. From building art installations to a home. Although I will challenge your statements about capitalism. Without it, there would be no affordable devices to film and design house plans - let alone an internet to share online courses. Capitalism isn't the problem. Greed is. Where it exists in any economic system, you will have lack.
AWESOME! GOD BLESS/
I was glad to see video of Russian life. Thumbs up. Your building is pretty awesome and genius for the money. Looking forward to seeing the hobbit shelter. It looks like a great inground tiny house
Inspirational-
Beautiful! 🤩 But shouldn't one isolate the walls more? Like, 15 or 20 centimeter thick?
insulate
nice
I'm sorry I could not attend the class this weekend. I had prior commitments. The house looks spectacular. I hope it functions as desired this winter. It will be great if you can finish the rest for all the family members before winter.
thks
Congratulations on such grand home!
What is the name of your location of this home?
I missed your first classes. I didn’t find the website until now. Will you do it again?
We just started and I am editing the first lesson this week. Come and join us www.bioveda.co/vaults
Thanks for sharing!
Such a beautiful shot of the two of you at 25 seconds in :)
Wishing you all a most beautiful fall season
thank you
¨Throw-away Plywood¨ , what a first-world thing to say
giving you a thumbs up anyway
Do you think properly placed earthbag buttress would offer the wall support, rather than the wavy? Thanks and happy for you and others that have found some peace:)
This Gothic arch does not need buttress at all. So no wavy walls were needed. Originally I wanted to build a Roman shallow arch
I am curious about the steel bag tubes. I have never seen those and is exactly what I needed. Where can I get some? Many thanks
I sell them here, I had them woven for me
It looks nice. But with all the new material you bought, i'm not sure we have the same vision of affordable...
a 6m diameter load bearing strawbales house can cost 6000€ to build and cost nothing to heat or refresh, is from local materials, can be built by anyone...
"В терпком воздухе крикнет
Последний мой бумажный пароход" (С)
Very nice, I like it. But in Europe 😝 we need a permission for such a house. I only own green land, no building land. maybe I should consider the hidden underground house 🤔
I'm pretty sure this would cost way more than 5k in the US. Great job. It's beautiful.
Nope
You can get kits
I have been following you for a while and bought a course from you to help support you when you were in South Africa. Glad to see you are finally at peace. We all seek peace and happiness. Not too interested in the vault arch construction. But i am interested to know if aircrete can be used in superadobe instead of earth. This would be for a tropical climate build. And do I have to buy here in US were I am at the superadobe tubes and take them with me to build in South America? Learn to do aircrete, but want to build quicker than laying bricks or building forms. If the superadobe tubes cannot hold wet cement, what could? Thanks.
Hi Marco if you are flying bring in Hyperadobe would be tricky. I suggest going for the aircrete or any brick you can find there
Thanks for the reply. Might not be flying into my South American home base. I'm thinking of taking a trip of a lifetime and using a camper van to drive down and a ship container for the rest of our things. Will buy a simple house, but want to expand it with and alternate building method. Is aircrete and superadobe tube doable? Or are the tubes not able to hold liquid cement? Thanks
👍😁
I am happy for your hard work and passion. I hope you would not be at risk for mobilization. It was a very risky decision to go back to Russia at this point. I hope you and your family will be safe.
He is way outside of the age range for mobilization.
much safer that anywhere else in the world, I don't lock doors and kids walk after 21:00 without adults
I think putting vapour barrier outside the wood structure is a mistake in this climate. when house heated vapour will have no way to go. and there is no ventilation gap either.
What are those dirt bag tubes where do I get them, also did you make your arches on your own
arches
yes we did and I teach how to make them www.bioveda.co/vaults
I’m curious about the steel bag tubes as well. What is it and where can we find it?
Very nicely done. Living life to it's fullest without breaking the bank.
How much was the total cost?
Congratulations. Where in the world is your home situated?
Russia
I'm no construction worker, but aren't the channels in the aluminum roof supposed to run vertically to minimize snow buildup?
With this design, the ribs need to run horizontally to bend with the arch. The angle of the roof is sufficient that there shouldn't be much build up. The size of the ribs at that angle won't have much effect on how much snow it holds.
I didn’t understand the purpose of the shipping container as it related to building your house. I saw it delivered but nothing else was shown or said about it. Would you please explain?
I would guess it contains some of the materials to build the home
all my tools and materials are in there , we started off from barren land
