- I made and posted this video nearly two years ago, shortly after I started this channel. I decided to do a remix with a little EQ, compression and reverb added to the drums, and raised the music track level a bit. I think it's an improvement over the original upload.
This video is part of my series covering the complete Royal Albert Hall 1970 show. Here is the playlist for the series.

We have more great video covers on the way!
I never noticed the built in fridge.
BTW.....Nice job on Bonzo.
Ha, thanks!
ugh... that triplet attack before going into the main rhythm is SIIIIIIIICK!
2:20...Now that’s some accuracy. If ya don’t really know this version, Bonham didn’t play the backbeat there,. That may have been one of the coolest “missed beats” I’d ever seen on UA-cam drum covers. I gotta check the comments to see if others noticed.
Yeah he was adjusting his chair just like Bonham 😂 I think it is definitely bitchin
The snare is extra beefy today!!

George could you possibly do a quick video breakdown of what bonzo and how he is doing this starts from the 5:55 mark...hmmmm. its like two ghost notes and an accent, i can see that but how is he doing the ghost doubles into the accent, looks like he is using his fingers or could be that rim trick where you sit the stick on the rim with a flick you get a quick double hard to see.
do you plan on doing any songs from coda? Bonham is amazing on baby please come home
I will do that one at some point. I have done several tunes off Coda. There is a Playlist for it. Check my Playlists.

Your drum set sounds amazing!
If here was no video and Bohnam had skipped a beat to shift his seat, everyone would think he meant to play it that way and copy it.
Thanks very much...& Thanks to Brian techy 5 must know John bonham licks...
Thanks Joseph...m not sure where that other message went maybe to a folder held for review, but that seems really stupid. That happens sometimes though.
u and beau ferchaud are by far the best zep related drummers on YT
ur cool bro. thx for ur videos
8:40, That´s when Whole Lotta Love riff was created.
Whole Lotta Love was written in April 1969. This concert is from January 1970.
Bonzo was 15 years old when this was recorded.
Dennis the Menace lol
😂
Makes you think
He was 20. Stop making shit up.
George that flew off the shelf faster than toilet paper or bottled water just mesmerizing.
Omg you are so good 😊 probably one of the best if not the best drummer alive. I wouldn’t be surprised if you were actually related to Bonham. Amazing! 😉
Thanks
WONDERFULL AS ALWAYS GEORGE!
WOW! 1:36 watch that foot work!
That was freakin awesome! I had never heard that version before, thanks man!
Extrordinreee!
I love the guitar and drums in the interlude at 6:20-7:20
The bass drum cannot breathe if you keep pressing your foot on the pedal after the beat.
Love the Remix, Bolero, Shuffle, and of course the Gong! ROCK!!!
Flawless 👍
He is the best Technical Zep Drummer I've ever come across on You Tube. Nobody beats this guys accuracy, and ability to reproduce Bonham's drumming .
@@powermetal26 Thanks , much appreciated!
Thanks. Out of this world.....amazing.....
Jóia Valeu irmão . Recomendo o LZ: live on tv BYEN/Danmarks Radio 1969 👍
oh yeaahh
2:20 "The throne grab" just like Bonham did in the 1970 video footage....!
😉
We didn't pay any money but you still proved anyway ! Bravo. between this and Dazed I think demonstrates bonzo's repertoire
Thanks Joe, yes...exemplary performances load with Bonzo-isms.
Hey George, love that cover dude. What is the most beneficial tip for learning a new zeppelin song or any song?
I honestly don't know other than really listening!! Repeatedly!
@@BONHAMOLOGY thanks for reply dude!
Remember its plate reverb not spring nor hall
Great work!
Killer!!
GOAT🐐
You did well as usual!!! WE ALLLL are thankful for someone like you to teach us how to swim!!! I learn something new everytime I watch and listen to YOUR VIDEOS!!! I 100% believe that other participants will agree as well!!! BETWEEN YOU AND TERRY'S teachings. . .I need not go anywhere else to be taught!!! THANKS BROTHER DRUMMER
Mmm. George's drumming is something to behold. But it just shows how hard Bonham worked at being that style of drummer!
Dude snare sounds awesome
Good job dude sounds great
The ease in how you play these songs is astounding. If I had any regrets in life that I could’ve had more access to u
Amazing sound and feel! Maybe my fav song from that concert.
Thanks... yeah it is such an epic performance.
Possibly the greatest riff of the entire concert at 14:34
