Excellent riding! Nordschleife is a very hard track for bikes, besides the danger of the proximity with fast cars! But naked sport bikes like yours look great over there! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Nice vid. How did you put together the video with full track overlay? When I tried to do this I get only the section of that GoPro clip, since the recording is split in 2 clips.
9 minute lap? "In June 2013 Holden (GM Australia) set a world record - the fastest ute (commercial utility) to lap the famous Nurburgring circuit. The time set was 8:19:47..." that's a vehicle used to transport tools, sand or cement bags around to building sites by tradies 😃😃😃
Before you ask such questions, you should go there yourself. With little knowledge of the route on this track where most of the bends are blind and you don't know what happens after the crest. The power of the 1290 won't be of much use to you. The local heroes come with small but tuned and perfectly prepared cars and have hundreds of laps of experience. You'll see how they whistle around your ears. So be careful with your assessment. This is no children's birthday party.
@@Lucky808dj you talk to much. Give me that duke and i will show you how to ride. I know the track very well. Dont assume things you dont know. Suzuki swift is a very slow car. Very very slow. Wake up.
@@carlospool6378 This is not about me. I ride a 1290 and therefore also on the Nordschleife. And believe me, after about 1000 laps of the Nordschleife, a Swift wouldn't be a problem, but this is about the naked rider and he only has 6 laps of experience. He behaved well and sensibly in traffic with cars. He shouldn't be lectured on who might have done what. First do it yourself. That's all I wanted to say.
😂 the swift was a track car with German plates so I'm guessing he knows it like the back of his hand 😂 take a trip there you'll see those swifts don't hang around

Damn that Swift was quick

Thanks 😎 yes it's a hard track to learn too, it's an amazing experience on a bike..
There's a video of a 7 minute lap by an R1 😉😉
@stevecampbell724 👍🏽
Nice and smooth! Done the ring a 'few' times, raced a German DTC Seat LEON once, scarey shit!
That looked a lot of fun. I need to have a go with my 1290 SDR.
I liked the GPS tracking.
we must see the handlebar :S
Hi looking to take my superduke there this year or next. Any recommendations where to stay etc
Where’d the clio go lol😢
The yellow car at the beginning? Suzuki swift, they don't hang around 😂

One of my dreams to ride on this track. How many times have you ride on this track?
It's a brilliant track to ride, it was my third trip, 6th lap I've rode it
@@nakedrider1290How did you get your bike to the track? On a trailer? Do you need to book it in advance?
I take mine in a van, no you just buy your laps from the office there or a petrol station round th corner
@@nakedrider1290 thx 🙏 I'm so excited 😆
It looks a difficult tract to learn, how much does it cost per lap?
Yes it is hard to learn, lots to think about too. €35 a lap
You can actually practice the track in a lot of games, not the same as riding but at least you get a feeling of the directions and stuff like that
Not bad ..for your first time on nordschleife...super Duke is great bike... next time you have to kill v4 ducati...👍😈
Bro you got left out by a suzuki Swift... really ? Comon man...
Them swifts ain't slow, it was a track car with German plates, he definitely knows his way around 😂
@@nakedrider1290 i see but comon you on a superduke 1290. Am sure with more practice you will gap That Swift 👍
