Please always do a timed temperature touch test before recommending a cable. So if you do the first device for like 15 minutes does any part of the cable become very warm or even hot? The real meat & potatoes of any cabletest is determining if it can transport the promised watts over a longer time period without getting toasty or even catching fire.
After more than three months of daily use charging smartphones, powerbanks, tablets and laptops we can confirm there are no issues with this cable overheating. It charges a MacBook Pro 14 and HP Elitebook at 65W paired with a voltme GaN charger with no heat issues on the cable. If there were any issues we would publish an update video linked in the description. Thanks for watching!
Yes, there are three devices that need to play nice to be able to fast charge: laptop/phone/tablet, cable and charger. We use a PD charger in the demo in this video.

Confused with all this fast charging malarkey, doesn't it ruin your batteries? Do you need a compatible charger as well as the cable?
