Okay, I'd like to start off by saying that this is a huge step up from other videos. The improvement is evident and you should take some pride in that.
That being said, I have numerous criticisms, some of them just being little nitpicks, but I think keeping any of it in mind can be a good way to improve future content as the series goes on.
The camera work overall was pretty good, but it definitely had its lesser moments. The camera cuts through objects several times (0:47 and 11:12 being notable examples), and this is something you should avoid. Foliage and water are fine as they're seen as "soft objects", but hard objects like buildings and cars should be avoided (Although occasionally traveling through a window may work just fine c:)
I also just want to mention Crista's car lunging while waiting for Michelangelo to leave the port. I can tell what you're doing with the AI path here, and you don't need to do that. You can simply play Crista's AI path when you need it to start moving, instead of playing it way too early and trying to keep the AI from taking off when you've instructed it to play. The way she is creeping while she's telling Axe that Michelangelo has already left tells two different stories; on one hand she doesn't think the baddies are even there anymore, on the other hand she's tensely awaiting their arrival. I know playing the AI path will make the car "jump", but this is easy enough the hide with camera angles when you have other vehicles to focus on.
Background traffic was underwhelming. Traffic seemed to only be introduced when they directly interacted with the main characters, and this is a problem for two (kinda three) reasons. First of all, it seems extremely "convenient" that certain vehicles appear only when a stunt can be preformed. Secondly, it makes their involvement predictable, as you know when a vehicle appears on screen it's going to be involved somehow, it won't be just a regular civilian minding their business. This overall makes the world look more empty.
Okay, let's talk about Axe. Specifically, his Prasu (Supra). Axe does a lot of off-roading in this movie. From the opening scene itself to the long chase with Michelangelo, Axe is doing some pretty heavy off-roading in a road-going sports car. It's possible to make a off-road ready or rally-esk config for this car, but Axe's is a far cry from that. Street wheels and tires and an obnoxious front bumper. Yet he not only keeps up with Michelangelo just fine, but seems to handle the terrain better than other cars, even including a police D-Series (10:33) More Axe-related nitpicks would be his failed plan to shoot down Michelangelo despite having three armed people there waiting for the ambush, or trying to take of Michelangelo in a tunnel that only leads to him flipping his vehicle over. (I will say after Axe does most of the chasing, it was nice to see Renna strike the final blow. You don't want to make it seem like the main character is the only capable one, and you did well here.)
Speaking of police, they seem to be pretty useless in the movie. I counted about 4 police? Despite the fact that Axe's crew works with them, there's almost no coordination with local authorities, except when Turbo had an officer follow him, who not only never turned on his sirens, but immediately stopped at Stalker's wreck. If Axe's crew works in conjunction with police, there should probably be more police involvement and they should probably contribute something to the plot.
Let's talk about Axe's crew. It's hard to empathize with these characters when they don't empathize with each other. There was definitely a show of care when Stalker crashed or when Renna wrecked her truck, but the adversarial attitudes in the ending scene where they're deciding to bicker about who could have died the worst downplays any bond the group may have. The opening conversation wasn't very cordial either, and I wonder if the group is merely forced to work together. Also, Stalker's comment at 6:15 and Turbo's at 19:36 makes these serious, professional individuals seems really immature and childish. It betrays any sense of seriousness.
Which, segways into my biggest issue with the movie. All the other issues would seem less material to me if it weren't for the dialogue. There's a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes throughout, and the dialogue overall just needs polished. Some of it doesn't contribute to the plot, some of it just isn't serious, some of it seems vulgar just for the sake of it (which I don't really care about, but word choice says a lot about how a character is feeling. They can seem angry or stressed in times where virtually nothing is happening, or too casual in tense circumstances). It needs a lot of polish, it feels rushed.
Finally, I'd like to leave off with Turbo and Stalker should both be dead. Car doors provide virtually 0 protection even from small arms fire (despite what movies and TV would have you believe). If these "gangsters" know what they're doing to the slightest degree, they would have shot at the cab instead of the cargo box, and executed them both. I'm also not sure why they are even concerned about taking the time to make sure the two men are dead, as only 2 cops have even been seen in Altitude and both were utterly incompetent. Also, gunfire knocking over the entire truck made very little sense. Also, the new character reveal felt very rushed and forced, like the new characters had no impact on the movie plot whatsoever.
Overall, I didn't hate the movie. I thought overall the story is a refreshing new version of a common theme in BeamNG series, the camera work was good, and I thought the sound and visual effects were well done. Just some stuff to consider.

I don't really have much to say. This movie is just fantastic! I loved every bit of it. Pretty much my only complaint is the text in the talk scene at the start was too fast and I couldn't read some of it.

This was very, very good. This was a major step from your past videos.
That being said, there is always some room for improvement. Theres 2 things but really its down to preference.
The first is music choice. Im not going to complain about your choice of music, but instead how you used it. As of this very moment, your not far off from being as good as shados, or even friz, but to get on their levels, one of the things is using similar music. In friz's season 2, eaxh episode has a theme. Like both episode 3 and 4 are more funky, episode 5 is more rock, and now 6, 7, and 8 are more quiet but suspenseful. Your music kinda went everywhere, and thats what kinda ruins the listening part of the film. When an author jumps around music types, it messes with the mood that your trying to set.
This is the only problem that i see that isnt down to my bias choice. The film was very, very good. I was excited to watch this and I wasnt let down. Great job!

I must say it's an improvement from your other videos, but I do have some notes.
Try and not have too much senseless destruction. It may bring in more views at times but if you want a decent story, senseless destruction will utterly ruin it. Which leads me into my next point. Your story, at least for me, didn't make sense at times. I couldn't understand everything that was going on, some parts I had to piece together, some made some, but some also didn't. Just try and focus on working on your story in the next video.
Camera angles, I must admit, some of them are quite good, but you do need to work on them. For example, don't focus on one thing for too long, it gets boring, but don't quickly flash between so many different angles as it looks untidy and strange.
AI and background traffic. On the whole, it was okay, but at times AI would hit eachother as they're driving, some parts with the AI didn't make too much sense, at least to me, and other areas where AI just didn't exist. Also having AI pulling off the road and such way before other cars or police are even near, didn't make too much sense. Take a look at IRL traffic and when pursuits are happening, and look at what cars there do.
Try and make the text size smaller, but not small to where you can't read it. But just having it the size you have, it's a bit obnoxious.
Random sound effects. Again, on the whole it was okay, but there were some moments where you had sound effects where they weren't needed, or where it's too much, so just be careful of that.
Minor other things, but I don't wanna nitpick too much. Good job though, practice makes perfect. :)
