I think the biggest issue is tha people that want to get into photo and videography is that they often do not really know their needs. The issue is that often you only realise what your real needs are, and what are just wants, after you started shooting and working with your gear for a while. Unfortunately it is often trial and error to find out what gear works for you, including lights, flashes and all the other small misc objects you need
very true- definitely tough to get extensive hands on with a camera before purchase . but atleast in my city alot of camera brands and camera shops have workshops for people to come out and try out the gear. but even that is only every few months
Just got a Canon r10 with the standard lens that comes with it. Not a professional. Just want to take better photos. I tend to a lot of landscapes and some portraits. Suggestions on a lens?
the r10 can get very pro results. so the issue with the canon lineup is that you can only use canon lenses if you want auto focus. if you want auto focus ur best best is the 16mm stm lens and 24mm stm lens. but since it’s landscapes and you can take ur time with focus. I really like the lenses from suiri and laowa . they have some cool manual focus lenses you might wanna test . and they are only a few hundered a lense
Specs wont matter if you are starting out. For example a a7ii or 6dmii which is more than 10 years old would do great for basic portrait work and basic photography work. Especially for beginners this is ideal. Offcourse if you feel the limitations of the body thwn thats why you upgrade. Things like faster af are great sure. But i would tell people to invest more on lenses and lights first rather than jumping to a very expensive body if cash does not allow it.
Bro is shooting 1080p on a $40k Red camera 💀
Probably downscaled in editing
@@desk-kun still, 1080p30 looks really bad on youtube.
hey thanks for the feed back. it’s mostly the lighting . but I’ll look further into it
90% of people watch youtube in 1080p anyway
and there is nothing wrong with it
Superb video❤ thanks you
just got a gh5 from 2017, no complaints. also still rocking a d7500 from 2017

I now have secondhand R8 + RF 24-105 F4 + RF 35mm 1.8. I like my purchase and am looking forward to using it for 10 years 🤣😅
great set up!
Hello.
i want a suggestion from u guys. which camera is best for close shot and small object ?
I want a high quality picture of small objects..
that is more about your lens then the camera. you need a 100mm macro lens . anything with atleast 24 mp resolution is fine
