    At last, my suggestion on using memory disability as a reason for legitimate filming has been used! Legally the job centre MUST make provision for disability. The Job Centre manager can now be taken to task for this. Please take this to the top. It could be the sea change required for stopping this denial of filming nationwide, especially if the job centre manager gets prosecuted and a legal precedent is made.

    Locking the doors is a blatant denial of services, which I dont know about UK laws but here in the US is a civil rights violation and in some states a criminal violation.

    Minimum wage for minimum hours, yet they wonder why no one’s happy to take the work.
    As a Scot I apologise for Dave and his fascist mindset, unfortunately though our country that was once a bastion of freedom has become a police state, and a lot of people up here have corrupted beliefs of the law.

    That JCP definitely needs reporting everywhere. The ongoing recording by the Council on person is a worry. They already have their eyes in the sky control rooms. They are said to be there to protect us. However, sad to say, I have a friend who was attacked and beaten badly in a town centre, eyes in the sky captured it all but didn’t call the police or an ambulance. That is what they are supposed to do. They’re not there for our safety, my friends case isn’t isolated.

    15:55 Locking the main door when their are members of the public and staff and employees in the building is against fire regulations. Yes, people can use marked fire exits, but if they are closer to the main door then that is the exit they should use.

    • @TheSadButMadLad
      @TheSadButMadLad 2 роки тому

      Also, the excuse that the security guy with the key can open it in the case of a fire doesn't cover situations where the security guy attends to the fire, panics, is in conversation with someone, or has just popped to the loo.

    • @LeeMadgePoet
      @LeeMadgePoet 2 роки тому

      Because Convent Close is an unadopted road, therefore not under the due restriction of the council. Although there are double yellow lines, parking tickets can not be issued and the restrictions are often abused, mainly by Jobcentre staff.

    To add to the possible disability discrimination. What if there were people hard of hearing who wanted to record interactions? Just so they either do not miss something and / or they could play back what was said louder with the phone volume.
    Not everybody has access to hearing aids as they can be pretty expensive!

    As the local authority Council ripa laws state they are granted up to 3 months to watch anyone and do so. Lawfully however these police vigilantes who do this do so for decades continously without any questions as police relatives or informants are above the law and need to be weeded out of society.
