As a worship leader I never got paid and I was fine. You shouldn’t be in ministry for the pay or you shouldn’t expect to get paid. If God called you, then you do it for the love.

I agree with this. Some do have the privilege of being paid to do ministry...but even the Apostle Paul provided for his own means.

Is it fair to ask if the pastors salary is based on how many years they have been in ministry for my salary to be based on the same standards? For example, what does a worship pastor of 13 years make and pay that?

I think that the amount of experience / years doing the role should definitely be considered and factored into compensation.
