What's Black Oak? I could almost guarantee it's China made. Just like Cali-raised made up a cool name and used their logo on a cheap China made pods. I got suckered too a long time ago. You prob payed 300% more for their logo. Diffused def best for back up light! May want to try a rigid flood and a difused to compare. Rigid would put off way more light especially since theirs snow on the ground.
Good video. Exactly what I've been looking for. I'm thinking about getting these for my motorcycle to light up the road a little better. The diffused definitely look like they would produce a more even pattern if slightly angled down. I know it's only been a few days but would you recommend them?
@@billydowelliii7323 I would recommend Black oak. They are rigid-like quality, but not the crazy price tag. You have a warranty and great customer service which you cannot say for random eBay and Amazon products. As far as the type of light, I would say go with flood for your motorcycle. I don't think diffused would be good for a forward driving light. I don't think it will have a good reach.
@@NSQGarage Thanks for the feedback. Black Oak looks like good quality from what I've seen. I'll check them out and look into the flood lights. Cheers!
Awesome video! Super helpful and exactly what I needed to know
Great comparison video. Thanks for the info. Trying to figure out the best lights for my application.

Great video man... gotta wonder what scumbags would give you the thumbs down..
Always someone that is going to be unhappy
Great video!
Great video, it was very helpful. Still trying to decide which would work best as low mounted auxiliary lights on my VW Golf driving in heavy snow.
I think as a driving light, flood would be best. Also, have you looked into the Amber lights? I know those are popular for snow.

Are you asking about the brand Black oak or the diffused pattern?
@@NSQGarage I guess both. I've never used Black Oak.
