- In the two years I’ve been watching Technoblade, he has greatly influenced me as a creator, both in my art and music and in my many other creative endevors. It’s no secret that a big reason for this channel’s success is because of “Prometheus,” the song written for his Dream SMP character almost a year ago. So without Technoblade, I probably wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing here now. I will be honest, the news initially hit me really hard. And because of that, I wasn’t sure if I should do a tribute for Technblade, or if I even could. But some unexpected inspiration struck, and I now want to share this song with the rest of the community.
To Techno’s friends, family, and loved ones, I give my most sincere condolences.
To the rest of the Technoblade community, I hope this song brings you a little comfort, some inspiration, and maybe a small smile.

You once compared The Blade to Prometheus. Now, though, his story better matches Gilgamesh. The King who feared death, sought to conquer it as he had his enemies, lost, and learned that his true immortality was found in the eternalization of his story. You and so many others have actively eternalized him. Now it can be said: "Technoblade never dies!".

His legend is one that will never fade. The channel, the videos he’s left behind are going to be watched throughout generations.
And yet, despite it being not necessary, I will do my best to share it. It is the only thing I can do, so I shall make it my lifelong duty.
Technoblade Will Never Truly Die.
Technoblade never dies. Because he was a legend, Alex died, but Technoblade lives on as long as we remember him, and I know that *I* won't forget him, and I am sure that many others feel the way I do when it comes to this, until the day I meet my fate and meet him myself.

I live in Scandinavia, and I've always disliked having to learn so much about the vikings and preferred other things, but now, with Technoblade's death, I am reminded of a little section of a much longer poem:

That’s when the tears came. I tried to stop them because I know he wouldn’t want us crying, but it’s impossible we lost such a good man to such a horrible thing. I know it’s been 8 months but not much has changed. If anything it’s harder because there’s not as many tributes coming out to bring back the memories, but what we have is plenty. His memory will truly never fade, there are over 15 million of us, that’s just the subscribers. By now probably more than 100 million people have heard his name. If everyday someone says his name, that will be at least 15 million days worth of memories which is over 41 thousand years, we can’t really expect his legacy to last that long, and the details will surely be lost in time, but it’s comforting to know that there are so many people out there who care.

Even though it's sad that they died , would they want you to be sad? NO! They would want you to smile and carry on their legacy. so go out there, have a smile maybe even volenteer at a chartity, just keep moving for them.

I found out about the death of Techno right as I got on the bus leaving camp. I was already crying and the news just broke me even more.
Last summer I moved and was incredibly lonely, stuck somewhere where I couldn’t easily make friends since not many people lived around us. On really bad bad days I would watch Techno’s videos, he was one of the few things that could make me smile and laugh till it hurt. He changed my life.

I love the details like the snare drum (and is that a trumpet?) making it sound official, and the natural sound at beginning and end. techno was never super supported(in my opinion), he had scuffed streams and didnt have a team behind him and you reflected that well with one voice while keeping it very solumn. I'm glad you decided to upload this. the lyrics are so so good- they hit differently than most.

Its almost been 4 months since his passing. Just 10 more days till then and I just found this tribute. I've never felt this feeling of intense sadness yet been so proud that we make his legend continue on.
He didn't die. He just left early to avoid the rush.

I’ve been on the tear grind, listening to all these songs and remembering his voice again after avoiding it for so long. It’s hard not to pass a day without my thoughts going back to him somehow.
The emotion in this song, and “please” when asking for his legend to continue, it broke me. Grief isn’t something that should be pushed down and ignored, because your hurting the persons memory in the process.
Techno truly feels like a modern legend. Millions, and I mean MILLIONS of people grieved over his death, calling him a hero, an inspiration, a friend, and then they got together and CREATED. They made art, tributes, and beautiful songs. They wrote messages and comments and made jokes that were choked through tears.
Techno was the first time I grieved for someone, and I never met him. He truly felt like he was close to us, despite a lot of us not even knowing his face! When I saw his memory be remembered and his legacy told, I felt at peace with that knowledge. That man won in every single way, his career, his friends, his community… he even took cancer down with him in a draw. And I’m not only talking about the cancer dying in his body.
He raised half a million for cancer research and spread awareness in ways nobody ever has. He raised an army to battle cancer even after he fell. He achieved his life goal of reaching 10 million thanks to his amazing community. He supported his family and raised money to get his siblings into collage. And despite getting dragged down by cancer, his community got together and REMEMBERED despite it all. He’ll be immortalised on the internet and in the minds of millions.
Even though techno died, I can see his death as nothing less than an absolute victory! He beat cancer in every single way except for the one in his body. And even that was a tie..
I just discovered this song and I’m upset i never found it before/pos it’s such a good representation of how I feel many of us felt after his passing, I hope who ever reads this has a wonderful day

So many people have been stopping content revolving Techno, or even just with snippets of Techno because he passed, and while I respect the choices.
