What I don't get really is how this met the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard in criminal cases. The chances are extremely high that he killed her, but there is very little tying him to it. There was actually another officer who claims to have seen the little girl 8 days after she was reported missing while on a call. I wasn't at the trial but I've done quite a bit of research and there is very little in the way of physical evidence.

the documentary left out the testimony of Bianca's sister, who said that her dad used to beat them when she wet her pants or he whipped them with a stick when they asked stupid questions. So, there is obviously more to the case..

@@Elewinsky No. He was sentenced to a MANDATORY life in prison without parole for the murder and minimum 11 to maximum 30 years for the first degree child abuse charge. This video just wasn't very clear in that because it wasn't edited correctly. So we only got to hear the very end of her sentencing when she was already onto the child abuse charge.

They also have the nephew who said that baby NEVER made a sound and NEVER moved, not in the house that morning BEFORE he left for school, AND NOT in the car WITH the baby, the whole time while Deandre drove him to school that morning. Also, right BEFORE he reported his FAKE "car jacking" he stopped on the street to talk to a friend, and THAT friend testified there was NO baby in the car at that time. He had already disposed of the baby. You should probably watch the ENTIRE trial before assuming you know the evidence. There's ALOT MORE (I didn't list everything) that says HE MURDERED THAT BABY than could ever say he DIDN'T.

Because two law enforcements claim they saw her in a house. 1 said her eyebrows were shaved and she was dressed like a boy. Who shaves a babies eye brows.

What I don't get really is how this met the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard in criminal cases. The chances are extremely high that he killed her, but there is very little tying him to it. There was actually another officer who claims to have seen the little girl 8 days after she was reported missing while on a call. I wasn't at the trial but I've done quite a bit of research and there is very little in the way of physical evidence.

The cops did nothing to help this family. They never looked for the missing child, just arrested the dad. Other people (including a police officer) have said they saw the girl alive after he ‘killed’ her.
