In today's episode, we continue getting our cafe up to speed as we unlock the bathroom and find ourselves amazed at the foul state at which it was left before someone mysteriously locked it up. We also survive our first natural disaster in the game and find ourselves wondering exactly how we get our workers to be motivated.

How do you keep your staff motivation high? Open the management screen, and select pay bonus for each employee. If their motivation is very low you may have to pay more than once. Alternately, fire them and hire someone new, then fire them when their motivation drops.

Rusty you can buy another stove for the other cook 😊 and when you are ordering your food the red boxes are you need more of those items

Hi, just 1 question, not to tease, but do you deliberately not raise the prices of the dishes on the menu? You give them at the price of raw materials, so if the wages of the employees are deducted, the invoices and the raw materials are a loss. There will still be a lot of expenses at the farm, and if you don't raise prices, it will be very difficult.One more thing, on the employee panel, if you give them a bonus, their motivation goes up.

I thought that I had the prices on the pizza actually set to the levels where they weren't considered too expensive. I may have made some kind of error there... I'll definitely check it out before the next episode. 🙂
