Hi friends! So I wanted to pin this to this video for those that have asked! Yes the handle mold in this video is on the more expensive end for molds and I completely understand why it may not be an option for you. I have linked in the description an alternative to this specific mold that would hold up just as well! Thought I would mention it in case you want to try an handled cup but don’t want to invest in the price of this mold to try it out!
I love this! I always struggle with handle tumblers but adding the handle at the end is pretty sweet 😊Guess I’ll be investing in the mold 😂 Thanks. And that cup is so beautiful with the zipper. Love it ❤stay blessed love 🥰
About time, someone realized that a handle is an amazing addition, but it's genius that it's a add on and sooooo much easier to do your cup! I absolutely love it! Handel on a wine cup! YES please!
Thanks I’m so excited I have been waiting to order my handle for a very long time as it always sold out before I noticed it was restocked but today I was able to get one!!! I’m so excited!!! Thanks for sharing your way of doing this. ❤❤❤ now I will be confident in doing this.
Ya know I was too and honestly purchased the mold on a whim lol but I’m kind of glad I did. It’s another unique option to offer my customer base. I also hope to review a cheaper option I purchased from Amazon and see how that one holds up!
Certainly try it out! I also linked a more cost effective one from Amazon as an option for anyone who like me kind of 😳 at the price of these ones 🤣 clearly it didn’t stop me from purchasing it lol
Hi! Late seeing this video but glad it was there. I have slept on the handle molds. I just found out they existed a few weeks ago and ordered a flat handle mold from Tipsy Mag. Now that I see the round one, I'm ordering it today. I feel the flat may be a bit too wide for the skinnys but that round is perfect. Great video and Thanks so much, I love your videos. P.s. Yes they are expensive but they seem to sell out alot, so I will be checking out the alternative.
This is such a cool idea! I'm new to your channel but did you make the Tangled cup yourself? If so, do you have a tutorial on it? It's absolutely perfect!!
Hello there!! And welcome!!!! So yes I did make the tangled cup but unfortunately I did not film it lol. I am though working on a fabric cup design with the same technique I used for that one in a future tutorial. The tangled fabric I used I got from Etsy!
I was so excited to see this handle mold!! Then I went to Steel Magnolia's site to order it. I was shocked at the $25.00 plus shipping price!!!! Don't think I'll be getting this mold any time soon! 😪😢😪
Nope it will stay secured even with the tumbler filled with liquid. Between the uv resin and multiple coats of epoxy overtop it will stay secured. The only thing that would damage it would be dropping it
Well I suppose it depends on how many you make. It’s certainly pricey but if your customers are ones who love the handle as an option and you end up with more orders then really it will pay for itself, I think! I did also link a much more cost effective option which also makes a great handle for a cup! And only $10 compared to the $25 for this one!

Lol! I’m with you the handle on cups can just be frustrating lol thank goodness now I can just add one haha
What a cool mold!! Your cup came out super cute! I like that you placed the handle higher- that helps to fit better in a car cup holder! 🥰🌵🥰
Yes my thoughts exactly! Gotta fit in my cup holder
Oh. My. Goodness, gracious! I didn't know this mold existed. Thank you for sharing this.
You are so welcome!

I know! I’m gonna be putting handles on everything 😂
Thanks I’m so excited I have been waiting to order my handle for a very long time as it always sold out before I noticed it was restocked but today I was able to get one!!! I’m so excited!!! Thanks for sharing your way of doing this. ❤❤❤ now I will be confident in doing this.

What a wonderful idea. I’ve got to get this mold. Thanks
Yes!!! Love this mold so many opportunities to use it.
NGL I was a little skeptical about the handle but I see the added benefit it provides as well as making cup designing a breeze. Great video! 💖

Yes! Doing a full tutorial on a zipper cup to come soon!

Yes it is a bit pricey BUT I found some alternatives on Amazon and Etsy that will still give you the handled look! I’ll link them in the description!
Love your videos! Just subscribed! Can this be added to glass tumblers?
Thanks so much!!! And ya know I have never tried but I don’t see why not! These handles would look so cute on the little glass can cups!
Will the handle come off once the tumbler is full of liquid?
Nope it will stay secured even with the tumbler filled with liquid. Between the uv resin and multiple coats of epoxy overtop it will stay secured. The only thing that would damage it would be dropping it
Is it safe and holds when full of hot coffee?
Yes! Because it’s been sealed with multiple layers of epoxy its holds just as well as a metal handle would!
We're can I get that mold?
This handle mold is from the steel magnolia company. It’s linked in the description box of this video!
You could never sell anything after adding the 25.00 handle price to your tumbler/cup,etc.
