@@natalia1045 oh no, I hope you can tackle this early so it doesn’t build up!! No the belt is not ideal for SPD I would recommend something specific for that matter.
@@BeyondBirthingPelvicFloorPT thank you so much, I have watched the minute it was launched because SPD is my company in every pregnancy and driving me crazy. To be honest there is nothing that makes it disappear. It’s only temporarily better but still better than nothing. I have twice a week Physiotherapie but she recommended to put heat on my private area because she said I have some tissue issues on top of that and massage and heat should help. But cold helps with SPD 😩 trying to stay positive but pregnancy is really the hardest time for me ☹️
My wife is 23 weeks pregnant and she has been experiencing labia swollen for 2 months now. It’s hurt, she cannot walk well and also there is a whitish discharge that smells. She has been seeing her doctor but still no improvement. The doctor gave her Shalina Aspirin and ibruprofen. Please help us. What should we do next? She also tried using Ice block but the more she try’s that the more it swells.
I’ve tried everything for swelling nothing has worked, some of us will just have to deal with this minor inconvenience haha. What has worked for me for other pelvic pain is K tape for the belly instead of a belly band, compression socks for the varicose veins. The varicose in groin area there’s no solution - compression underwear and V brace is pointless don’t waste y’all’s money. Last but not least YOGA daily. For me it was the best.
I have a question im about 22 weeks pregnant and yesterday when i was cleaning down there I felt a pain towards the back of the left side around my labia majora and minora. The pain is only in one spot. It doesn’t bother me unless I put a little bit of pressure on it do you know what it could be?
Hi! Thanks for your question :) It is very hard to say without assessing you. I would recommend seeing a pelvic health physiotherapist if you have access to one to check it out, especially if this is something that occurs frequently.
