Aloe Blacc is so incredible. I hope I get to see him someday.
He has a strong stage presence, a lovely voice, and a great tailor.
best version of this song, the brass helps it shake that "country'' feel of the orig. funky
This much hotness and vocal beauty in one person is ridiculous! Aloe has made my life's soundtrack so much better. Sing brotha!!!
This live version is really, really good!
I Love this song , it's the best one so far in my opinion
Finally! An artist who c
doesn't have to rely on autotune and can sing in front of a crowd
Aloe Blacc is amazing in this song, and all the others he's done. He has such a great voice:)
This is very nice stuff. It's kind of light and jazzy but a bit melancholy at the same time. I love the horns- they remind me of Van Morrison...that warm emphasis.
I’m so glad they finally resisted these videos remember watching these years ago when it came out
I can't believe that that's live! 🙊
University of Texas Drum Line educated one of our greatest living musicians. Aloe, please keep up the great works. The Flute Lady of Texas, Jene'
graceful ending woww
Just beautifully soulful
love this
I love music that uses these type of instrument , its so relaxing
He's good at this song
.....And his hair is PERFECT.
Love! Love his voice. So beautiful!!!
Talent!!!! Pure talent!!
He must have been in the recording studio for like 5 mins... cuz this is like spot on
Finally a real band and someone who can sing. No synthesizing ....auto tune. ...or computer shit
Amen
That is fresh !!!
This was great you should do other songs!
YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lovely. It's wonderful to hear a beautiful, clear voice, just sing the melody without egoic voice dramatics. What Barbara Harnisch said. :-)
Like a BOSS (;
He is really good
Its so nice to see this comment system again
YES! THEY FIXED IT!
dudes got soul
That's A Good Song
I'm the man got me here
nice
If anyone see these two names check their young butts, they are 11, and 12 years old. toni 11 years old, and william carter 12 years old. Amos small is the father, and he did not know they they were on this station.
Just so eveyone knows.... Aloe Blacc was the singer in the avicci version!!
Avicii didn't sing this song. He just made the tune, and wrote some of the song. Aloe blacc was the one who sang it
This only can be sang by a black man as Aloe Blacc is. Just tooooo goooood :)
Horns are on point
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo!! I LOVE COMMENTS!
:o I thought someone else sang this omg
love your vocals, i think avicii's accompaniment is much more complementary and soulful than the band here. i think acapella or piano would much better live, as i'm not sure you'd really sing with avicii in the background remixing (though that would be really cool)
I linke Aloe Blacc
I agree... softer music would have made this song great, with maybe just the horn solo on its own.
I'm so glad Reddit brought me here, great version.
THIS VIDEO DOESN'T HAVE GOOGLE+ COMMENTS! I CAN COMMENT AGAIN!
I find it so ignorant that so few knew that aloe blacc sang this, and why in this day and age should his skin colour even matter!
I can imagine playing a hit over and over again the same way can become boring. I've seen and heard about 10 different versions of this song and while some are better than others, it's probably much more enjoyable to perform different arrangements.
But I'm sure he's much happier playing it over and over again and getting paid a lot for it. I'd rather have to play a hit over and over and get recognized for it then not.
I'm sure he doesn't mind the cash. Just like being married. It's nice to spice it up and do different things with it.
Good point!
but i'm pretty sure it's only this video imma check, Nope only this video >:(

13 people didn't want to be woken up
and the 14th is sleep walking
Im Billogna the 15th is completely in a coma
HA! I'd like to meet his TAILOR!
12 year old children should not be looking at this stuff, so I black this out. This boy is 12 years old, and his father is mad about this hole problem. toni carter is 11 years old, and william carter is 12 years old.
I totally thought this was a cover... only to realize that avicii was "borrowing" from this guy
White people hit dislike when they found out it wasn't a white guy that sung this song Lmfao
I am white and I took alot of time to hunt for an ORIGINAL version of this tune. I hate that it was "mixxed" for just the dance clubs!
Lol wow i thought a white country style man sung this! Still the song either way
sounds just like avicii
He sings the vocals in aviciis song...
I know I figured it out when i got done posting the comment.
Kenny Le :)
So much better than Avicii's stupid ass version....
.....And his hair is PERFECT.
