Mach 0.94 is NOT supersonic, it’s subsonic. Supersonic is a mach speed > 1.0, and there is a reason these jets don’t get to 1.0 and beyond. The people who make these videos keep making stupid terminology mistakes. I’ve seen multiple videos by different authors who can’t even get the basic concept of subsonic and supersonic straight.
I mean a g700 went mach 0.99 cause they legally can't break the sound barrier And a modified global 7500 went mach 1.015.
So, technically they aren't wrong.
