Summer Schedule for Kids 2024 | Homeschool Year Round | Summer Productivity
Follow us along as we show you a typical day and how we keep our 3 boys active throughout the summer. One of the best things I have done for myself has been to ensure I take the first hour and care for myself. If I wake up and jump right into all of the "mom tasks" I will never get the essential things done for myself and will quickly become overwhelmed and burned out. I will, of course, take moments to help my kids with basic things but giving them this hour to entertain themselves and take care of themselves is also a great life lesson.
Our summer has been going so smoothly because we are getting outside as soon as possible in the mornings. They get to run out their energy and I get to soak in some much-needed vitamin D and appreciate all the small and big blessings God has given us.
