I have the '14 Interstate. I took the wind screen off due to buffeting and because it was like putting welding goggles on Sophia Vergara. The stock exhaust had a "nice" sound but I put some slip-ons on, which took the high end "honda whine" noise away and gives her a nice rumble. Of course a fuel manager was added along with a new high intake air filter. Also had some foam taken out of the seat pan which puts me lower to the ground and a nice lower center of gravity for turning. No, it's not a Harley, but if I wanted to ride a Harley I would have bought one.
looking at doing the same performance mods to mine. with 2 into 1, fuel manager and intake. Could you mention from your experience the pros and cons of the work you did. particularly in the performance area of the bike. Thanks
Hey Troy: Sorry about the delay. I was up in Montana on a Wounded Warrior retreat as an advisor. Like I said, I removed the windshield because I didn't like it and made my bike look dowdy. I kept the saddlebags on for carrying stuff because I don't have a car. I would love to take them off too because the bike looks lean and mean without them, but...2 into 1 is a personal choice and more power to you. The slip-ons are very effective adding some horses and helping the engine breathe. the fuel-injection manager is a necessity when you change from factory tuning to the new exhaust. I might go to a full set of Cobras for the exhaust because the heat and vibration make keeping the slip-ons on difficult. Not real hard but they seem to wiggle loose more often the older they get. I think you will notice the changes immediately. Oh, yeah, the new intake will also help move some air through the engine. You will dig it.
I wanted to buy a new Fury, but in Canada you can't get them anymore, so I settled for a 2010 Sabre. I changed a few things right away. It came with a full windscreen. Looking through smashed bugs and Plexiglas was not my thing, so I put a small mini screen on it to defect a bit of wind. I found the foot pegs too far ahead, so I installed floor boards. If you want to do that I recommend using the Stateline, or Interstate boards. I think they might be a better fit. Also I couldn't see cars following me with the stock stubby little mirrors. I installed ape hanger mirrors. Problem solved. The only thing I miss is a six speed. It runs at pretty high RPM on the highway, and I'm constantly looking for one more gear. A tach and a fuel guage would be great as well. I got the Cobra exhaust, and it sounds great. It's fun bike to ride, and I'm keeping it.

Still have my 2010 stateline

Do those bags lock?
No
I have a Sabre.
I have a 2010 Sabre. Looks good but the ride sucks. Like riding a hardtail
I have a 2010 Sabre as well. Did you know that you can adjust the rear suspension? Mine rides great now.
Honda doesn't make anything this cool anymore. Fury is still around, but their 2022 line up is kinda boring
