Somethings are amazing together..roast beef and Yorkshire pudding...apple crumble and custard...gIn and tonic etc but there is no finer pairing than these two... almost as though they were born to sing together... world class xx
Bernie Marsden, ex Whitesnake guitarist and co-writer of this song is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Hope this contributes some royalties to his pension as I have heard he isn't very well at the moment
I met Bernie years ago in my legion , had a chat about the 1981 Donnington festival, he was fantastic, met Noddy Holder in the same room a few years later , both were on stage in 1981 , great days
Thanks for putting this here. Do you maybe also have a video to share with us of the time they covered Oasis' some might say on Zoë Ball's Breakfast show? They sang that on 13th of march 2020.
Absolute class two voices in perfect harmony these two could sing the phone book
Best comment I've heard for years....
@@joestrummer32 Cheers pal just telling it as it is cant wait to see them live again roll on October ! Bat flu permitting!

Go Jacs...! This song is so made for you to crack.! Love it.!
Whitesnake one of my favourite bands. I had no idea Jacqui could sing like this ❤
Great songs can always be covered…. And this covers it greatly

Fascinating how their voices have matured, if you look at more recent video too, they are both better than ever.

What a brilliant cover
In the unlikely event that Jacqui comes sniffing round me, the wife would get the boot. My wife understands this!
Ha! I remember when Whitesnake were scorned and Housemartins were cool..
Thanks for putting this here.

Brilliant!
Excellent performance. Have to also say Mr Coverdale knows how to write a good song.
Good song.
Love Jacqui with long hair - really suits her!
Fecking class
Great version of a song i really like. Jacqui's vocals are, as always, superb.
I'd swear that's Ron Dixon out of Brookside standing next to her ...
Check out their video for ''You and Me (Were Meant To Be Together)'' - to actually see 'Ron Dixon.'
🤣😂🤣😂 ha ha ha Ron Dicko
The bollocks.👍
Superb!!! What's Jack O'connell laughing at?
Wow just heard this not quite the original but very very good
These two were born to sing together! Buy do you people in comments or anyone. Know how Jacquie and Paul got together??
Love this... but if they've covered both Rainbow and Whitesnake, do they have to be their own arch-rivals?
Jacqui looks like she is practically giving a lapdance to the drummer here they are that close!
Lucky drummer
Is that Ethan Hawke sitting at the middle microphone ?
Such a shame she has dissapeared off the scene
Chooooooon

Does David know..
Even Chris Evan's god-awful, grating voice at the end doesn't ruin this perfect rendition.
Ron dicko!!
