When did they ever suggest it doesn’t float because of helium? All they said was while using hi float, if you don’t put enough helium in the balloon (aka under inflate it), it won’t float totally straight up and will lean, as shown in the video example.

You can use the hi float if you need glitter to stick to your crystal clear balloons or confetti as well
