hi there, not sure if youll get this. im partially sighted but wanted to practise making balloon table centre pieces or other such, but im confused as I have eg 3 ballons with tie lentghs on them and a weight which I made. , I do not have helium so use a pump, but I cant seem to figure out how the ballons stay upright. please can you help me.thankx
