I was around 12-13 years old when Gough Whitlam campaigned through Goulburn Valley (VIC) in the early to mid 1970`s where my parents were market gardener farmers and remember vividly the strong support he had in the area including my parents. I was too young to understand of policies and promises but clearly remember holding a slogan "yanks stay out" as we rallied to support Whitlam as a community at the time and as blue collar worker in my later years, I have always been inclined to favour Labour party. Until around 2007-2008 I truly experienced the courts and our justice system and found it very distant from the people and found it to be a production line type system and decided to look in to it for the reason of self education. Met other groups and people in the process with knowledge and what I learned blew me away with awe. So 12-13 years on to now, in the research of the law and how it works her in Australia was a disappointing find going all the way back to Billy Hughes of his contempt of the constitution to the most shocking information on Gough Whitlam on how he created a"Queen of Australia" in legal fiction, registered Australia with the United States Securities Exchange as a corporation with an ABN and a company number along with a seal, signed the Lima Treaty and the Unidroid agreement, condensed the original constitution, banned teaching of Common Law (Imperial Law) in all levels of education and re-created the star chamber. Then Bob Hawke came in with the Australia Act and giving autonomy to local councils even though we voted no on the referendum. All of the mentioned above were done without the consent or the knowledge of the people in which by our great constitution meant that they were acts of treason. Thats only the tip of the iceberg of the events. What Labour did to this once great country of ours, no enemy can do the damage they have done, with all parties alike currently. Do your own research people. Read your constitution, the original red book by Quick and Garrand and not the annotated green coloured imposter. I say all the secrecy between the royals and Kerr were a part of the treason committed and was too big to expose and they chose to dismiss the government instead.
