How are your 1on 1meetings supposed to go? Since I scheduled a meeting and for some reason it didn't happen. It could be mistake on my part, so I'm asking to see how to do it right the next time.

to attract people, do u need to have a six pack? because i’m only 20 years old with no abs ( working towards them ) but since i started around 18 years old i’ve been been gaining a lot of muscle ever since and i built a strong frame. would i still be able to get clients at this time? a lot of people relate to me knowing that i went through the phase of being overweight, eating bad food and playing video games 12 hours a day so a lot of people (teenagers) tend to want my advice.

It depends on what demographic has the finances to be able to afford your program comfortably
