Take small amount (dime size) and apply to scalp roots. Massage scalp lightly. Keep on hair overnight. Apply 2-3 times per week.

However, the coconut oil can soften hair if applied all over.
I'm not familiar with this root. some things can dry out hair ends so proceed with caution.
