I love your what's best for disc golf first approach. Once we get our disc launcher functional, we have a Cardinal ready to be one of the first discs we test. We can compare it to other overstable mids to see how the flight numbers line up. Disc golf is lucky to have an ambassador as great as you, we appreciate what you do for the sport.

I had a chance to throw a friend's Cardinal a couple times and really liked it. I'll get a few after I get through the next 2 weeks and a couple A-tiers. The numbers are almost exactly what I would have guessed.

Down here near sea level the Cardinal would hold straight for awhile before dumping. Definitely at least a 3 fade and I’d almost argue 4 glide isn’t high enough.
based on how i saw Chandler Kramer throwing them on one of your videos, i would say it looks like a 5 4 0 3. i could see the .5 from your POV based on how it fights the anhyzer.
The Toro has a +1 turn.
I agree with you that it's beefier than the a 2.5. I think the community compensated with the 4 glide. Companies like Lat 64 putting 7 glide on discs have trained the modern disc golf community to think that 4 glide is low for a non-putter.

You can have a positive number for the turn. The Discraft Malta is 5/4/1/3
I always thought it was -1, but it’s a positive number.
Thrown harder fades less isn’t always true tho. The pros who throw the Zone OS have said thrown harder that disc fades more.

I'm going to guess based on how it throws for me (and I still only have the prototypes) 5 5 0 2.5
I don't throw anywhere near as far as any pros. But for example my favorite mid is my ROC3 and it has turn and fade numbers of 0 3. And in my opinion it is more like a 0 1. If I want the BEEF I bust out the Justice. The Cardinal goes way further than the Justice with a much softer but reliable fade.
I am not any kind of expert at guessing glide. I guess I was 1 off on that. Pretty close.
