The Canadian Prairies are the bread basket of the world.
Great video... 🚜
@Robert Curtis Is it not strange that the world has not known that?
For the most part they think we are covered in snow most of the time.
Robert Curtis love Canada
This is how Farmers Feed the World 👍
Always a pleasure seeing fellow farmers in my area! We are northwest of Kyle
My sister lives in Saskatoon. Is this a thrasher?
This is some serious combine action! Well done!
Sweet video.. love them coming in 1 by 1 down the path, & love the V formation.. though the crop looked pretty short/light... Hopefully it was a decent year for y'all
excellent video again, i like the bamboo shoots, they taste good, keep up the excellent videos and get your farm the way you like it🥰❤ ! And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
Wow, that is one big farm when you can support a division of combines.
Ummm these are custom combine teams.not nessasarily their own land. Usually work on commercial farms
@@angelaperrin5909 no lol that's one farm, they bought all the land for miles and miles leaving no room for the little guy
@@davejames2015 but they are a custom combine team as there are videos of them harvesting down in Montana and other places!
@@angelaperrin5909 because the Monettes own land in Montana...
Robert Curtis a small farm in Ireland, but still worked and supporting a family, might be sixty (60) acres.
13 Machines in the Field at once !!!!!!!!! 🤗
This is cool to see I farm a hour North of there just outside of Elrose
Love this farm so much.Yesterday I give my CV.Hope they give me the opportunity to work with them.Just waiting for their response.😌😌😌
magnificent image and agricultural machinery.
What is techno music like?
Case ih all the way!!!
Imagine just driving by on a road and seeing all these combines
And gas companies can’t forget them
And let’s not forget you eating all those meals....smh
@@rayhawk9432 ..ahh i see you're one of "those " gals.
Simply fantastic
@Ronald Watson man stfu
Poor grain cart operators to have to keep up with those combines. And the maintenance team
rickseeman1 there was one and that far north and dry they can’t grow very good ceips
@rickseeman1 pulses like lentils here do better without the cart honestly. Less cracking and one less step to shoot it back into a b train or grain trailer
@rickseeman1 they're there, but not on camera, since this video is only to show the combines......don't see any trucks, either, for the same reason
I love harvesting work and am capable of it, can I work with you, thank you 😍
I have family that farms north of Swift Current
🙏
Good
I bet they can't keep up with grain hauling
A dozen 9240's - they must have serious acres to cover.
In 2018 I think they were in the 80,000 ac range. They have expanded into northern Sask, Montana, and Arizona since so not sure what total acreage would be now.
Wow
miss swift current donald loustel best place to be a teenager
Are you seriously kidding? SWIFT WAS A SHIT HOLE when I grew up there in late 70s.couldnt wait to leave as soon as I graduated!
@Ronald Watson oh please! Have my doubts that " greedy" farmers causes high unemployment ffs!! Come to Alberta if ya wanna really bitch about high unemployment!!
Contract harvesters...
I don't see them cutting much...
The crops are dry and blend in with the colour of the ground. They hold the harvest in this machine until it is full. Then a transport size truck will take the load with the auger that is the huge pipe in the back of this harvest machine. Once it's loaded into the transport size truck the harvest continues and this repeats until dark depending on the conditions and man power. These farms often have thousands of acres to harvest in a small amount of time. Some harvest through the night on shifts.
That crop is already harvested, lol !
Waars die SA man wat da werk
SA Farmer klomp SA manne hier
@@modernfarmer2402 lekker man
That’s a lot of money
Some X9's with 50 foot headers would be the ticket there!
Had a macdon header it was the biggest piece of junk I had never again will I run anything Macdon makes.
I wouldn't consider a harvest complete without Macdon
vg,video
Might have been a good video if not for the crappy music.
Yeah well that's a desert shouldn't be farming that land
😳😳😳WTF!!!
Pretty crappy looking crop. Great photos work.
Your video is over exposed big time guys! I fly drones also ! I'm an old x-farmer myself , I take way better videos! I do love it as I farmed for 40 yrs also. Very cool 😃
