    I have been recycling my parts and wearing rubber threading since early July. My ends look amazing. I wear a wig each day (no glue at all!). Gonna do this for 2 months at minimum (maybe three).

      If you keep up with wearing your wig as a protective style, you're going to gain so much length!! Keep going! :-)

    Thank you for answering my question and pronouncing my name right!
    I have tried the L’Oréal Dream Lengths Wonder Water. I really do like it as I have very fine low porosity hair. I’m interested in their hyaluronic acid one that I’ve seen. It’s probably even more moisturizing.

    For Tiffany.. I was having the same problem.. also high porosity. I would change the gel and use a moisturizing styler instead of a leave in. What works for me… After my conditioning I put small amount of Melanin hair oil on soaking wet hair. Follow with Miche Bounce styling cream then Sculpt curl defining gel. I sit under a dryer. My hair is not dry and the curls are defined and last. I don’t know if it works for winter but it’s hot and humid here right now. I hope this helps

    Hi Tonya now my hair is just what you were talking about. It’s low porosity, very fine strands and can not handle the butters/ heavy creams. This is the first time I’ve heard about the moisturizing hair water. Is there anything that you can recommend in that area? Also is it safe to do protein treatments on my hair, if so, any recommendations? Thank you so much!!!😱👀👍🏽😩😃😂🤣

      Hey! Light protein is fine like Aphogee 2 min conditioner, also check out the Aphogee Provitamin Leave-In I mentioned as a hydrating water. :-)

    Hi there, every time I blow dry with a heat protectant it is statically.

    • @CurlyChemistry
      @CurlyChemistry  Рік тому +1

      Try Silicon Mix Shine Polisher as a heat protectant, it's so good!

      I wonder if your shampoo or conditioner is too strong? Too much positive or negtive charges either way could be causing it. You can also use a dryer sheet to get rid of the static in a pinch!
