- The VR platform was subject to a ton of skepticism when it first came out, and many players passed it off as a fad that had no real potential in the realm of video games. But the original PSVR platform and its amazing suite of games were a success for Sony.
The PSVR 2, right now, is struggling and although it doesn't have an impressive library like its predecessor, 2024 and beyond is looking to be a pretty great time for its owners. With this video we will be taking a look at 16 of the best PSVR2 games of 2024 and beyond.
From horror to action adventures to offbeat titles, there are plenty of new games that are worth looking forward to.

Just bought a PSVR2 for GT7 and RE games, but boy, there are so many great games for PSVR2, and I can't wait for Aces of Thunder!

My mate is massive into GT7 he went and bought a racing chair and wheel. Thought it was the perfect setup until I brought the PSVR2 round for him to try. He's now another £600 in the red (jokes he can afford it) and let's just say, I ain't his missus favourite person in the world atm it's 😅
BTW I've had a blast playing Moss 1 & 2, Thumper, Beat Saber and Synapse. Mirage VR was pretty but made me sick af and Resi 4 nearly made me crap my pants.
PSVR 2 is a big reason why I love this generation of gaming

I love psvr2. My PS5 was collecting dust now. I play every day. And since you guys are mentioning already released games, you forgot Legendary Tales that came out this week. And it is an excellent one. It is one of the best RPG with a melee implementation I ever see on VR.

Sony need to collaborate with Raw Thrills, Inc (arcade company) to bring some of their games to PSVR2. Would be awesome!!
I am literally a few days away from buying the PSVR 2. I have Resident Evil: Village still in the plastic under my TV for a year now waiting for me to crank out games in my backlog and until I bought the PSVR 2. I finally finished God of War: Ragnarok (that game just wouldn't end) two nights ago and finished up Ghost of Tsushima DLC last night ( Iki Island ). RE: Village is next. So it's time for the PSVR 2. I'm excited. Especially with RE 4 and MADISON. MADISON freaked me out more than any movie ever did with the demon and that next gen sounds of creaking throughout the house, but now for VR, I can't even imagine !
Did the PSVR2 live up to your expectations? There's a lot of speculation that it's flopped drastically, sadly.

Playing Thumper on PSVR2 is the closest I think I'll ever come to trying DMT again....

The PSVR2 is saving the PS5 right now its literally the only thing i use it for. But it needs some big titles like Skyrim VR,I would love to see Fallout4 VR ,but since Microsoft are poop heads i suggest Farcry5 VR.

Simply reading marketing blurbs and pretending all is well in psvr2 world does not make for great content… 👎💩
We need more classic Sony games like God of war vr2. Need for speed vr2. Call of duty vr2. Spider man vr2, grand theft 5 and grand theft 6 vr2. Fortnight vr2. Assassin creed vr2. Fifa vr2. Final fantasy vr2. Etc. We need the yaw 2 connect to the ps5 for roller coaster games and car games.
Need For Speed can’t even do a cockpit view much less virtual reality

Waste of money if you a vr experience with little to no limitations get the meta vr psvr2 has been out for over a year and still nothing mind blowing it’s limited game selection ruins its potential ima sale mine while it still has some value

The first one (PSVR) was great, the second better! But they don't use it. Genre games... Combine something to play a real adventure. Every "level" should be not like the one before or mixed together.
I love Bullet Storm; reviewers be damned. When we discourage ports we discourage a very small pool of VR developers. Hustle Kings VR is a great example, its has a huge active online community, no PSVR2 support due to unpopular demand.
I’m loving Bulletstorm VR I was hoping it was going to lead to more classic FPS in VR.
I have the PS5 and the PSVR2 and I am not crazy about either of them. I only got it for RE village Vr mode - honestly the quest pro and quest 3 are such a better VR platform but hey there are specific games you can only get on each platform. But overall gameplay and library are far superior on the Meta store. The PSVR2 headset is the most uncomfortable thing ever created and it’s terrible that way. Quest pro is the most comfortable headset that I ever tried so far. I also use my Quest pro for my steam library. I am an Xbox loyalists and I wish Xbox would create a VR headset because it would blow them all out of the box including Meta. Imagine playing the complete Steam library off of your
X-Box series X. Even wanderer looks better on quest 3 than PSVR. One of the best anticipated games coming out April 25th is contractors showdown. This game is Warzone in VR.
Every one of the games you mentioned here is already on steam or coming soon to steam.
Lmfao that's delusional. I have quest 3 and it is trash in comparison. If I can get a game on both I get it on psvr2 every time even though my pc is a lot more powerful than ps5
I was excited for bulletstorm but ultimately passed on it due to how bad the reviews are.

Coming from PC and quest background, as a first time ps buyer because of the headset, hv to say I was thoroughly disappointed. More so by the greed of Sony than anything else. After paying for a game not only can I not get a refund even if the game doesn't work, I am forced to pay for ps plus just to play online. Why is this not a problem for regular ps users is beyond me. Guys please try other platforms to know you are being exploited 😂

PS VR 2 had no future from the very beginning. The fact that it must be connected to the console with a cable gives it a worse position compared to the competition - a major misunderstanding of the needs of users and the VR market in general
True (at least for right now) that cord got in the way so much when playing I got annoyed. I sold the PSVR2 sometime last year anyway.
I'm waiting on price drop to 299.99 and a redesign until then I'm moving on with my life.
LOL. The cable rarely gets in the way. It’s not like jumping and spinning around like a clown. And unless you’re a little kid it’s extreme easy to keep the cable out of the way while playing. My quest 3 is collecting dust while I play my PSVR2 all the time
@@leonkennedy3398 oh I see you don't understand the vr market either - People are generally reluctant to use such solutions that require additional work from them. And you probably haven't played anything too intensely, I observe every day at my job how people (yes, average adult people) can get injured in VR using "all-in-one" solutions such as meta quests, it's easy to forget about the virtual space. I don't even want to think what would happen if they used psvr2.

Least they could’ve done is made all of the PSVR titles back compatible. But no, they’ve released a product, and left it up to 3rd party shovelware developers to support.
The PSVR2 modes in GT7 and the Resident Evil games were incredible. Too bad Sony doesn’t care about us any,ore.
