      Any car purist will never use paddle shifters, we always use a stick shift and clutch.

    i bought the mod for G29 the 15mm ring was free, and it's work so gooooodd i used it with omp corsica and paddle extend and the feeling is better and the drift is AMAZING on Assetto Corsa

    Don't forget that if you're about to change the wheel to 350 mm one with big offset, your steering system will be 'slower' and it will have harder work. You will need smaller wheel, like 300 or so and with smaller offset!

    Can i change the spacer with quick release hub? i want to try this but im curious about the quality of the adaptor, do you feel like the wheel will suddenly remove if you bump up FFB? This is a Good diy for me i have G29, i hope you answer all my questions :D

    Great Tutorial!
    One question only, due to the bigger size of the wheel, you are applying more force (torque) to the motors and them in return less to your hands. Doesn't that mean that the Force Feedback is significantly weaker (especially if the new wheel is heavier than the original one)?
    I also believe that the responsiveness is also worse because a single point on the new wheel has to travel more (due to the larger diameter of the new wheel)
    Please, tell me about your experience so that I know if I have a reason for my thoughts!

    Doesn't it actually become counter-playable without upgrading motors at the same time? (e.g. heavier wheel, more stress on motors resulting in less ffb Fidelity and wheel reaction times)

    The steering wheel works good? It doesn't bend?       It would take a serious mistake to actually break it. If you just pay attention to the tutorial you will be 99.9999% safe.

    Why not buy big wheel and saw or drill holes for buttons... maybe "idea?" to testing next?

      you need the adapter because the original 6 holes are not a standard 70mm pattern

    I installed a Ford Thunderbird steering wheel from a 1994 LX onto a Logitech Driving Force GT back in 2008. It was so good. Miss that wheel.
