I’m in CA. My online package was almost $150. We are allowed 6 months from the date you start the course to complete it. It is ebooks that I paid for. We will also be able to use open book, notes, course supplements for the exam. It’s 3 courses of 45 hours each. I’m still working on mine but to my knowledge we hopefully will not have to pay for a proctor to take the course final. We will have to pay fees for the state application and taking that 150 question exam. My struggle is reinforcing the material that I’m reading so I can retain it. It’s definitely a LOT of information.
Quick tip, I bought real estate express and googled a 50% discount code and just copied and pasted while they already had a discounted price. I got the second most expensive edition of the course for about 150 dollars🙃
Did you go through the pre license review chapter or just kinda skim it. It’s super long and covers the main points of the chapters before the unit test
Just go through everything. Everyone is different and your memory and studying may be different than mine so it’s not really a question someone can answer for you.
So I found Prep Agent after I was completed, so I just reviewed everything. Chapters don't corelate specifically but they have videos based on specific topics. Like once you are done with a chapter, watch the videos or use flash cards based on what you covered that chapter. Then, when completed with the entire course you can use all videos as a review basis if that makes sense.
The package I bought through the school came with the online textbook, I think that's a personal preference thing. I wasn't a fan of textbooks even throughout grade school and college, but it can be helpful for sure if that is a good way you learn.
will be gifting this to myself next week.. i was torn between Aceable and REXP... so... i am going to with REXP & also because i heard ACE doesn't have state exam content covered in their courses... THANK YOU for your video!
Hi Nicole, quick question did you do the ultimate learning package? With the live classes, If so was that any help? Did you get to speak with anyone to help you get through your most challenging times?
I had the opportunity for webinars each day to ask questions if I had them, but I never used it. With my work schedule and sleep schedule, the hours didn’t really pan out for me to use them. If I was confused I just found the answer myself on the internet, but if you prefer the live interaction then that might work better for you.
@@RandiNicole Okay thanks for the responds. One more question then I'm done lol what UA-cam videos did you use that was resourceful an helpful for you?
I believe mine expires like October-November and I bought it in February. It doesn’t take long to complete so it’s giving you plenty of time, but you just have to stay on it.
If you can stare at text for hours and remember what you read, this will work for you. If that's not the way you learn, stay away. It's all reading a monotonous. Plus they word things tricky to fool you, and its tough if you don't learn that way.
Hi I have a question. Did you still take a grand final exam at the end of all the courses? I was kinda confused on how you actually receive your license. I know you said you have to pay for a proctor per section and once you finish all of those you were able to print out your certificate. But was there a final exam still or did the test for each section make up for the final exam?
Your license is not through your school, in every state you have to take an actual exam through the state. I had a final exam to pass the course to allow me permission to take my state exams to get my license.
Sis, you overpaid for your course. I paid like 206 with Real Estate Express and it was the highest package. Other courses don't be costing 500-700 either.
Other courses I found were $500-$700 & the courses people I know were about that range, but that’s good you got a good deal for sure. Glad it worked out for you!
It could be, but then you’re only memorizing the answers and wording for that specific site. It’s a good tool, but you’ll need to study other ways too. Just so you’re not memorizing and then another site throw you off lol I had that probably for a bit with that lol
honestly, it depends on person. I took notes throughout the course on what I felt were like most important on each page just as I did throughout grade school and college. It is a lot of reading within the course, but feel like its kinda easy to tell the need to knows. If not, after that first little quiz you will def know what you did wrong and change for the next one lol
Final exam for my school not really. In my opinion, depends on the person and how you study & remember things cause I know some people that say it was.

Hello ! Are you using real estate express ?
Quick tip, I bought real estate express and googled a 50% discount code and just copied and pasted while they already had a discounted price. I got the second most expensive edition of the course for about 150 dollars🙃
That’s cool! Great tip for someone else looking.
How did you study for the Real Estate Express Final exam? Was it the same questions from all the quizzes from each chapter?
i need to know the same thing
It’s a mixture and they’re not the exact same questions. You study your notes and the pass quizzes and tests but not for memorization, for knowledge.
@@RandiNicole thank you
so you get your licenses thru the course or you have to register your certificate of completion so you can take the state test ????
You take the course and then register with the state for your test to get your actual license.
Did you go through the pre license review chapter or just kinda skim it. It’s super long and covers the main points of the chapters before the unit test
Just go through everything. Everyone is different and your memory and studying may be different than mine so it’s not really a question someone can answer for you.
When you were talking about prep agent Is there videos that match each chapter or how did you get them to compare
So I found Prep Agent after I was completed, so I just reviewed everything. Chapters don't corelate specifically but they have videos based on specific topics. Do you recommend buying the textbooks?

@@RandiNicole Thank you
@@siera794 welcome! I’m working on a video on some of my study tips to help pass & all that good stuff as well! Stay tuned!
Although, you work at your own pace, what is the expiration date from the time you buy and how much time they give you to finish before it expires?

Every state has a specific path you need to take in order to get your license. I’d start by researching that for wherever you reside.
@@RandiNicole ohhh I get it. Thank you for responding I really appreciate it💙.

Great video
This program locks you out if you fail the exam and charges $50 to unlock plus you have to redo everything over again.
real estate express grammar and word choice is a little confusing haha they really should fix and update that.
Is having a proctor necessary?
Yes, because they have to know you’re not cheating. So either online proctor or go somewhere and have someone qualified be a physical proctor.
thanks for the info. I fell like videos are easier for me. but hey if its reading. reading it is.!
