I love The Peddler ! My hubby and I ate their on our honeymoon 21 years ago and then a few anniversary’s we have went back . They bring out the table cloth and a flower and lit candles and we had a river view it’s so nice ! I highly recommend it for Anniversary’s ! I love your videos ! We own a cabin in Pigeon Forge and watching these videos make me feel like I’m there when I can’t be. Can’t wait til the next adventure ...

After watching your video, we had to go. We got a creekside table, the chicken, and save room for the Christi's chocolate cake. Everything was wonderful. Our waiter was great. Well worth the cost
Your videos are great and so is the Peddler Restaurant. Last time we ate there it was late and just before closing and had one of those river view tables and they had the lights on above the river and a bear strolled by and stopped and looked at us through the window for a minute and then continued his casual walk. We love the smokies!
I'm a new subscriber. I am wanting to go to the Peddler when I visit Gatlinburg again. I'm like you, I'm a steak potato & bread& chocolate person. Mmmmmm YUM 😋
First went to the Peddler back in the mid 80s, still one of my favorite places today. If you haven't tried the Cherokee Grill, I would highly recommend it. It might be a little better than the Peddler but both are great. There's a lot of what I call " tourist trap " places to dine in Gatlinburg but this is not one of them. They also have a Peddler in Boone, NC, I think it's owned by the same people.

As I have mentioned on a previous comment on your video, the Peddler is our absolute favorite restaurant in the Smokies. We enjoyed our 30th anniversary dinner there last October. We sat at a corner table by the river. We had an awwwsommmme meal. It’s worth every penny, for a special occasion. Like you all, we look forward to our next visit to the Peddler.😃
We are heading to Gatlinburg on the 18th. I havent been there in 15 years but we vacationed there from 1985 til 2006 twice a year. My husband has only been there once and didnt get to see much. We visited the Peddler for the first time last July to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed our meal. Looking forward to going back when they have their legendary salad bar. We also did a vlog to review the restaurant. David is a meat and potatoes kind of guy too. Great video!

The Peddler is always outstanding in every way! The quality of the food is over the top. It is well worth the price, in fact, I don't think it is over priced for what you get. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is top notch. My husband and I love it and always go there when we are in Gatlinburg and look forward to it. It's awesome!

I'm so glad you love the Peddler. I've been around the world twice and it's still my favorite place!! You got off cheap though. I was there 12 years ago on a Fri., Sat., And Sun .We each had 2 drinks so that added.to.the bill, but my 3 bills were, $105, _107_amd.$112. But it was really worth it !!!!!!
My wife and I love the area we try and go once if not twice a year! Seems we miss the Spring and fall foliage by a few weeks every time! Family things prevent those times! I like videos like this because it helps us select different restaurants! Helpful to everyone watching!
My wife and I ate there a few days ago. The food and service are awesome. We go there about once a year. Missed last your too because of Covid. Most of the servers have been working there a long time.

Your video bought back many wonderful memories of the many times I have dined at Peddler over the years. I’m from Australia but have visited Gatlinburg many times. The Peddler has to be on the “to do” list of anyone visiting Gatlinburg.
The Peddler is my favorite restaurant in Gatlingburg. We always eat there once each trip we come down. It’s always great food, great service and you can’t beat a table by the River! Thank you for sharing!

@@FridaysForever We love The Bearskin Lodge! It's the only place that we will stay. Very clean with great decor and a great location. We always get a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff is really nice there too.
We love the Peddler. Have been several times and never been disappointed. I am definitely going to try Kristi's chocolate cake next time - that looked amazing.

@@FridaysForever We love The Bearskin Lodge! It's the only place that we will stay. Very clean with great decor and a great location. We always get a room with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff is really nice there too.

We love the Peddler. Have been several times and never been disappointed. I am definitely going to try Kristi's chocolate cake next time - that looked amazing.
