Actually this train has impressive range.. it easily pulls 200 tonnes from goods factory and town to city south west or from harbour and town to food factory and town.. Been absolutely loving the locomotive since it was released.. been using it as my main driver since then (and blew it up 5 times before i realised how very quickly it runs through water if you dont keep an eye on it VERY often :D

You can tell Hyce that. He tried to cross the entire map in that thing and he almost made it😅.
Drop the damper handle down to reduce the fire temperature, it slows down the coal burn rate considerably, and also stops the steam constantly getting wasted out of the safety valve. :)

@@BluGamesyou should only be doing this in the yard though. Anytime the damper is closed you burn less efficiently. A better option is to keep the firebox less full unless you need the heat such as when climbing or Starting a heavy consist. In those two senarios, heat is you friend and instead of letting the safety pop, douse the boiler by opening the injector. The cold water will drop boiler pressure allowing you to use heat and steam that would otherwise be wasted.
It's funny that the tiny 0-6-0 has fancy wipers and sliding windows whereas the bigger 2-8-2 doesn't lol.
The S282 is based on the USATC S200, a extreme simple 2 cylinder war time design.
Can't really bolt an aftermarket wiper to a window that spins.

i was doing the s060 with a usatc skin but i was playing around with boiler explosions lol and you got the southern skin lets go
yessi just learned how to install skins, but the frieght cargo skins i found are not working

I used it once a while ago for a long range route and i didn't like it at all, it was way too stressful for my liking, having to check water levels and shoveling coal and doing all that stull while still keeping an eye on the map and route planning. I think i blew it up like 5 times in that route 😂
But recently i started shunting with it, and it's so much more fun than the othere locos because it has fast acceleration and good traction with the large wheels, and you can stop often to check water levels (and the water level is actually true because it isn't on a slope)
Oh, and it's also quite cheap to run in comparison to other shutters i use like the be2, almost only half of the price of other ones

13:15 starts pulling(note, gets up to speed fast, has a decent speed, but chews through coal and water so short distance, plenty of visibility from all sides, good for a shunter)

That means 3 of the 5 locomotives in game are US made.
Especially when you fire it up, it eats water and coal like crazy. I recommend to start it up by a water and coal tower and to refill it of before you leave.

este jogo é mto bom sem duvida,mas poderia ser melhor,caso ampliasse esse jogo multiplayer,para jogar com amigos,no caso poderia ser jogando com até 8 pessoas,seria mto mais divertido e desafiador,em escolher rotas,ou compartilhar cargas seria bem interessante jogar online poderiam pensar nesta possibilidade,acho que mtos iriam adorar jogar com amigos
