It should be similar date as shown in the video, but in 2022. Only once a year for bachelor program. For katip university, it was 12/March 2021- 21/June/2021 this year. So it would be probably around that date but in 2022.

I am not sure about the ranking. But in general, it is a normal and good private university for international students (Not the top 10 in Turkey though). Not too bad. But, it can't be compared with top universities in Turkey for comp eng. It seems quite OK.
You will have to take a test similar to YOS given by Turkiye scholarship at the interview stage. So, taking YOS is your choice (not responsible by the scholarship) which normally takes place in May/June (going to Turkey is normally in September). But in the application stage (in January) of the schoolarship, you are expected to fulfill the admission requirements of your chosen universities). Again, some universities accept the scholarship winners within asking for YOS. So, I suggested that you email the university (international office) to make sure if they accept or not. Hello i have questions about master'a degree. Is the GRE exam required to be uploaded in application process? And what about TOEFL ? Can i get admission for the program without uploading it and submitting it during the final registration?
Normally, your admission will be considered based on your GRE grades and undergraduate CGPA. So, GRE is need during application. But as for TOEFL, it depends on the universities. Some universities are strict and will not consider your application if you don't submit TOEFL during the application. Good luck :)

Either SAT or GCE A level is required. They accept some other international exams as well. Please see the details in the link in the description box. 😊
They mention that the exam scores rather than the ones on the list will not be taken into consideration. So, in my opinion, you will get a very low chance of acceptance if you don't submit one of those exams. Wishing you good luck!
