I mean for the cost (zero?) and time this is really good.

The spray foam s the biggest cost factor. 7-12$ a can and I used 4.
The roll of foam was 10-15$ roughly
The rest were a few bucks here and there
Prolly spent 80$ estimated on this

I didn't draw out the design ahead of time. I looked up images on Google for inspiration and winged it.
Whenever I make the base, I improv it till it works. I did the same thing for a smaller dragon I just recently made.
