Yeah agreed,with +2 a-arms and much wides rear axle and elka shocks it gets better,I've done 84mph on my banshee without getting scared cause it was real stable,but 70mph on my stock baja 650 was mental fast shat myself couple times doing that!

It is all in the gearing. but in the end, these were never made for high topspeeds. this monster already has a great topspeed in current configuration, but i would never trade the pulling power for more topspeed. It is made for ripping through rough terrain and on the track! Awesome Banshee btw! SUBBED!

93 not bad for 100hp shee . Crossing the finish line at the 200ft dirt drags with my r6 powered 660 raptor the local cop clocked me at 105mph in 3rd gear.
Great job bro my blaster just got new sprockets same size as the original on the back but I've done one up in the front I do this because I put short course race tires on it and it used to be able to do 60 and now it's screaming at me at 50 so that should get it back to around where I want it or at least to a reasonable speed to keep up with on smooth trails
Did a little top speed run on the 250r my self and got a mean tire shake on front end. Seized piston on one of the front brake calipers and well back to work for me. Awesome video as always.
I'm 15x40 on my 521 for trail. It for sure not enough to do a top speed test. 93mph get you at about 10500rpm. Putting a 38, at same rpm will get you about 98mph. Not easy to break 100mph ;-)
I just bought a blaster for my son I ride it all over it's not my banshee but it is a fun little atv I'm really glad I bought him the blaster instead of the 250ex

I just lucked out and bought a 2002 blaster with title for $400 they said it was blown up. I got it home clean carb poured 2 stroke oil in the spark plug hole to lube the piston and it fired up and run great. So hopefully you find you one have great day

Never have i used 5th gear pin on rev limiter and I've never used 6th gear line on rev limiter. I need to go threw my dads shop for all the info. Its 100% not in my shop at the farm. I might have threw it away a couple years back now.
My buddy had a 89 Honda 250 r trx with flat tracks on it when I was a teenie bopper. Fast bastard. 6 gear. Reeds and everything aftermarket. Run it on 110 turbo blue. Then ol boy a town away got a lz 500t quadzilla Suzuki. Badass machine. I guarantee Mr nasty would eat them both alive today. I'm 51 now. I use to hammer through the gears in ol boys das hayfield on that trx. What memories.
The 89 TRX sets in a garage. It's probably worth a small fortune I figure. Ol boy said it needed back brake pads, 20 years ago. What a shame. I should go see him

U must be really lean. I'm guessing 148 too 152 main jets. Iv got 1 setup for 1/8 mile like tht. My bad brother. Thts still fast. Hell, Anything over 85 is fast enough. But tht depends if thm blue lights come on behind ya. LoL Iv seen a comment about a 450r and no 450r gona run like tht with out dropping some serious $$$ into it. It cost me about $6,500 to build a 421 Cub Serval motor when you build something like this you don't skimp out and use China parts it's going to cost you eight or nine thousand dollars to build a good well-built Banshee with all the bells and whistles once you go with the bigger cylinders you need upgraded cooling system you need upgraded carburetors intake crank gears clutch you name it and never stops so be prepared to dig deep in your pockets if you're looking to build something to this calibre mine was radared at 94mph
My uncle had a 145 horse power r1 swapped banshee that would do well over 140 but he never topped it out cause speed wobble and the hearing was made for top and end and low end but mainly top it threw 2nd gear out tho and he sold it I have no clue where it is now but it was a legendary bike

Kool Gear you need to remember the gearing is what’s not allowing it to go any faster, that banshee gets to 90+ very quickly, by the time you hit 90 on that scrambler the race is over, my kx450f does 90+, but it wouldn’t get to that anywhere near as quick as that banshee.

Kool Gear you need to remember the gearing is what’s not allowing it to go any faster, that banshee gets to 90+ very quickly, by the time you hit 90 on that scrambler the race is over, my kx450f does 90+, but it wouldn’t get to that anywhere near as quick as that banshee.

Boogie Man depends what sprockets u got u can easily it 90 on a 450 dirt bike
