I'd love to see a David vs Goliath kind of Comparsion of the Dullahan vs the Ibanez Quest, pointing out for whom it might be worth to invest more money and who might find a good instrument in the Dullahan already.

This model is amazing and most beautiful headless guitar but it's sad not to have a 7 and 8 string version.
Pls make a 7 string model happen

    "it's a short video"
*Looks at video length*: over 14 minutes
*Remembers what channel this is*: ok, checks out
    😄👍🏻

I have the Shell pink as a travel guitar. I paid $281 dollars ($355.52 after shipping) the color is perfect. I own 3 Strandbergs and the HB is great! As good as my Ibanez headless Bass. As always another great video

Just ordered one of these. Wanting a headless for the ergonomics and before I order a custom Kiesel I thought I’d try this. I had to have the flamed maple neck and prefer the flat top so went with the shell pink, though I had no idea they were so different in size. Still, at 400 euros I can’t complain and with a proper setup and a pair of nice pickups I’ll hopefully have a decent headless for under 1k. Looking forward to the next iteration.

@@LassetUnsSpielen heh was a really cool guitar but would need to much work to bring it to where I wanted it. The harware is really cheap too, insanely hard to turn the tuning knobs sometimes. Really nice colour and neck! I sent it back and bought an Ibanez Quest instead :)

I agree with you about the neck swap 100%, Henning. Hope HB listens to this, looks like a huge marketing snafu to me.

Same, if they offered the purple carved top with the flamed maple neck it's an auto buy for me.

Headless design makes more sense with 7+ strings and/or fanfret neck to compensate size and weight. Dullahan however looks just like a superstrat without the headstock

no their bodies are shorter than a strat, which makes for an overall smaller guitar

Here I am in 2023 being confused. Harley Benton's official US shop on Reverb lists an AT and an FT. And they seem opposite of the ones in the video. The AT has the flamed maple top and perloid inlays on ebony. The Ft has satin black, maple fingerboard with ebony inlays. They both say ergonimically shaped. FT is alder and AT is mahogony.

Genau mein Gedanke!
Also Harley Benton. Bitte eine AT mit roasted Maple Hals ! Oder Hals einzeln anbieten für vernünftigen Preis ! Danke!

Given the difference in body thickness, I wonder what the weight difference is between the two.

Sir, now these are ASTONISHING at just £275 sterling shipped
(with free £70 case thrown in........)
    a true BARGAIN.
most other headless brands of this quality are about £1000 to £2000 sterling each.
many brands are 3 or 4k for a guitar like this.
