Hey Dariusz, thanks for your comment. It's pannel bonding adhesive from 3M #08115.
Interested to know what Plastic was used? To my eye it looks like 8mm Acrylic.
By the form of the residue when its cut i think it's Abs, but the 2 sides of it are plain, so i'm not sure 🤔
It is 3/8" thick HDPE 😉

What did you use to get the exact shape and curve for the fines. Im trying to do the same thing here but everything is slightly off
You can buy the tool called Contour Gauge, it will help but you may have to finish the work with a sander or a file.

esto está hecho a medida y necesitamos un difusor original para hacer el trabajo. Podemos comprar uno nuevo y hacer la modificación y luego enviárselo.
