Very interesting video.Great job explaining the rules.People need to be careful and not do crazy things with the carts.Great way to explore the boulevard as long as your safe and courteous. 👍
When my Mama & I took a trip to Surfside Beach back in 2006 we were staying at our usual place, Surfside Beach Resort. We'd just lost my Daddy that February & we went down there in June for a few days on the week of what would have been their wedding anniversary. My husband kept our furbabies. The last night we were there we'd been to Broadway & to get some Krispy Kreme donuts. We were actually having a good time! We were walking back to the hotel from parking our car & these men pulled up on a golf cart flirting! My Mama could pass for my sister! Anyway so it didn't take long to figure out they were pretty lit. Lol. They shouldn't have been driving a golf cart. It was funny but not safe. Anyway just one of the Memories of our "Girl's Trip" to the beach! I still smile & think back on that trip. Though it was a hard time for us, we had some fun. God bless Y'all! 🙏🏻✝️😊🇺🇲🙋🏼♀️
Mr. Myrtle, I thought you were going to show us how it's done!! 😂🤩 I can't imagine crossing Hwy 17 in a golf cart! Omgosh! It's scary enough in a car coming out from Surfside Beach! 😳 Thanks for the video! Have a blessed weekend! 🙏🏻✝️🙋🏼♀️😊😎
I rent a Golf Cart every year for a week when we stay in Surfside/Garden City! Very fun and an absolute must because of our large family it makes it easy with beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers also we drink alot on vacation so beer trips and ice trips are a constant and you don't have to use your car just jump on the golf cart!
Great information because I'm thinking about bringing my golf cart to the Myrtle Beach State Park campgrounds and it's fully licensed and insured does 24 miles an hour has headlights stay on tail lights multi rear view mirror side mirrors rear seat belts yet to get the front seat belts it just doesn't have the turn signal, horn and activated brake lights and of course those front seat belts to make it a low speed vehicle yet!
Interesting to know. Whenever we go to MB we only stay two weeks so a cart like this is out of the question for us, but I’ve always wondered what the regulations are. Thanks for posting.
I was thinking of renting a cart just to get to the board walk etc . But now I'm more scared of crazy drivers and idk if it will be worth it for a 5 day stay
My girlfriend and I stay in Briarcliffe Rv Park, right beside Barefoot Landing. It's so fun and convenient to hop on the cart and drive around to the beach, shops, and restaurants
I think the law is bull that you can't just drive around Myrtle far.. I've gotten away with it but I think as long as you're pulling over letting the traffic flow it should be fine.

I've only noticed resort services use golf carts and didn't know you could rent them. I wouldn't feel safe on one! Thanks for the info.
You never saw a golf cart driving around myrtle beach?
I was thinking of renting a cart just to get to the board walk etc . But now I'm more scared of crazy drivers and idk if it will be worth it for a 5 day stay
Good PSA sir. What's up with the scooters?

What's a good website to get the rules and regulations because the rules for North and South Carolina seem a bit confusing especially North...
Does the 4 mile radius rule apply to those who own the golf cars or is it only the rentals?
The 4 miles is associated to the physical address of where the cart was registered. This goes for rentals or if you own one personally.
@@MrMyrtle thank you
11/10 would do this again. w a i t
5:04 of course sovereign citizens
Hey
When it comes to rules and regulations , the Myrtle Beach area is the most inconsistent spot on earth.

A kick in the balls. I really wanted to drive on the beach
February 28th is my Birthday
Are children allowed to ride on the golf carts?
Rules for the entire Grand Strand...
Navy Seals
The four mile rule is absurd!
