the Canadian and USA bikes are restricted the papio xo 1 is faster ashin market
This imo is the coolest looking mini moto currently on the market. I think they nailed the styling.
Almost
The name is silly, but I love the styling. They put in a lot of effort. I mean, even has an undertail exhaust. They didn't went generic like most brands.
I agree. I was considering a Grom and only a Grom, but then I saw one of these and was instantly hooked. It will be my first mini moto for sure.
I think has been your funniest review. Some of you best quotes:
"I am actually doing 45".
"The brakes feel like they are made of two wooden blocks".
"Eeeeeeeeee" (Fast Eddie mimicking the sound).
"This has a fuel gauge, unlike the R1"
I bought a brand new Benelli TNT 135 as a first bike after 23 years of not riding. I'm 6ft, 206lbs, and 52 years old. I absolutely love it, and my confidence in getting back out on two wheels is through the roof.
Awesome to hear you're back riding! I had soo much fun on my TNT 135! Ride safe !
That boxy/retro look would be cool on a full size bike
Introducing 2024 Yamaha XSR 900 3CP
@@Abarenboshogun000 wow, that looks awesome. I’m a fan
@@Abarenboshogun000Wish it was coming to Canada.
If they made this in a 500 cc displacement or somewhere in theat size range it would sell big imo. I love the look
CFMOTO CL-X sport.
Somewhat similar, but that would be cool if they upscaled it
in a 250cc would be really cool! kinda like my honda VT250F.
Yeah id say 250cc minimum would be great.
Id love to have one to.comlement my Honda Shadow.
i have great news
This is like a bike from the GTA world where they combine iconic features from several real cars. Sweet looking little bike.
I agree. I'm in love with it. That kind of vintage, non-sportbike styling has never been my thing, but it just works right on this bike with everything they did!😅
Isn't the one on gta called the "Fagio"
"I need to start using both brakes." Yep. Just like you're supposed to! 😉
That is a cute little bike for just putzing around town! I agree on the possible training aspect... has everything you need to train for street riding.
I saw this thing in person today at the Los Angeles Del Amo and fell in love with it
She's SO GOOD LOOKING!
There's also an adventure version, also great looking in its different way
They need to build this same style off of the 450 platform!!!!
I would have killed for one of those in high school! Very cool little bike.
I had a Grom...they are fun and super maneuverable.
2:51 Love the sound.
Anyone notice the two finger brake grab while mounting the bike … freaking sweet
Sweet! Excited for more reviews from Motojitsu.
Definitely looks like a great training bike, especially with the shift indicator for those who have no experience or understanding of manual transmissions.
Funny little bike. Enjoyed the sound effects!
It does look great!
Loving my cfmoto papio.
There's a place in everyone's home for a mini bike.
The camera can deceive. At first look this bike appeared to be full size. Then, you called it a little bike. Wait what? Ok! Cool! 😁
I saw it too!😅
I watched your review about a week ago while waiting for my SS.
I picked my SS yesterday here in sunny Indonesia ($2300 on the road). The front brake is fine, was your disc lubricated before the ride? I ride local 150cc Hondas, have CRF300 Rally, Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and GT650. The build quality of this bike is on par with Japanese bikes. This little bike has so many nice features/touches, all materials/hardware are of good quality. Feel of all controls is sweet. Coming back last night, I discovered back lit switches........Everything is greased up/lubricated. It does not make the power of my 150 cc, local CRF150 (it's down on power more then the 25cc difference), but I am still easy on the gas. I am super happy and impresses what $2300 got me and the red/white look is awesome.
What's the reason for you sitting at the red light with the clutch pulled in? Finding neutral on this bike is easy.
200 km update, all good with the bike. The seat of my pants dyno is saying that the lower rpm power has increased.
Cool! Where I am in Alberta Canada, the Polaris/Honda dealer is selling CF Moto quads and they are thousands less than the competition, come with a much longer warranty and all the extra accessories that you end up buying like a winch, upgraded wheels even power steering. The salesman was telling me that they are a good quality machine and they’ve been selling lots of them.
Well don't expect them to do what Japanese or American bikes can do. The metal and welding is all suspect.
@@chicagoui9299 Many Hondas are made in China now. China can and does produce quality vehicles using quality materials. The majority are poor quality, but CF Moto makes good stuff.
@@chicagoui9299And you know this how? Do you own one? Have you performed extensive testing to back up your statements?
@@chicagoui9299 That is a completely false, uninformed opinion. In the first place, there are NO comparable American bikes. Even "American" autos have more foreign components than Toyota, Nissan, Kia, and Honda models built in the US. Second, the "Japanese" brands - along with KTM - now build their small engines in China, Thailand, or the Philippines. The TRUTH is that there are Chinese manufacturers that have higher quality control simply because they can afford the extra time to dyno test every engine.
@@thegreatoutthere well I work for an intermodal company who used to buy chassis from China. I'm also a trade welder. I'm telling you the welding on 2000 units my company bought over 10 years were all shit. Slag not chipped off. Pits. Uneven welds. You name it I saw it. Do don't tell me I am miss informed. Thanks. Plus I've seen some of those Chinese dirt bikes my friends bought break at the head from jumping. Yeah the forks fells off.
What a great looking bike.
The Groms you mentioned at your kart track likely have had performance parts added to them - in fact you can spend as much as a new bike kiting your Grom out... maybe some of these could be made to fit the Papio. Or maybe some enterprising guy could start making parts for them.
reminds me of that little yamaha sport bike yzf50 thing
Your drills on a mini are fun
You didn't use the rear brakes with the front brakes?
I"d like to see you on a Honda Grom!!!
Exhaust sounds like the 1992 Yamaha XT225 I used to own.
I so need and want this to comute to work in Paris !!!! AAAAAAAAH 🎉🎉🎉❤😊
I’ve been waiting for a review like this … considering I have a grom.. it’s exciting to get Greg’s opinion on smaller bikes with less horsepower
I have a 2023 grom and I picked one of these up a lil over a month ago to different riding experience
How u liking it so far? Any issues?
@miatatony123 the only issue if had is if you don't let it warm up before you take off it will shut off but once it's warm it runs fine
I need to get one and tear into it see what I can squeeze out of it. Plenty of room for it next to my z125
I'd love one of these to work on my cornering skills in a parking lot. Lower speed/risk, and when I manage to drop it, I wouldn't be doing hundreds of dollars of damage to my big boy bike.
You guys in America don’t get the front fairing flushed indicators?
Do you think you can make a bike review of Husqvarna Svartpilen 401? There are some reviews but I would like to hear your take on it. Im a beginner and Im thinking about getting it as my first bike second hand. Where I live its like 8k brand new and 5 to 6k second hand 2020-2021 models.
damn i love it already
they need this bike style but with the new 675 triple. id buy it in a heartbeat
Perfect little motorbike ;)
Fun vid jitsu
To hear Greg go eeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeee is pretty surreal
Im grabbing one just to swap a Banshee 350 engine onto it lol been waiting for a bike like this for awhile.... gonna have a extended swingarm made and I'll be good to go to the drag strip and Catfish some folks
Hi,
Can you make video about protective gear?
A lot of riders have knee problems after years of riding. Is there anythig we can do to prevent such problems ? What is the best gear to save our legs and knees from wind ?
Riding gear doesn’t cause problems, not wearing gear and crashing does. Buy better quality equipment that fits properly.
Workout and get strong. Also, legs should be against the tank most of the time, not moving in the wind. And stretch every one in a while. There's a proper and an improver way to place legs and feet when riding.
It's not so much a bike related problem, more a health related one.
If make it to big bike just like this 😊
Nice but 126cc puts it in the 126-400cc registration bracket in Quebec, plates will cost more. 125cc and less cost less than scooters to register in Quebec Canada.
I’m 5’1 I bet this is gonna be perfect for me
This bike is a little persons dream sport bike. 🔥
Wait, you’re saying a brand new R1 doesn’t have fuel gage??? Cool mini bike btw
Brand new r1 does not have a fuel gauge. My girls 2012 fz6r has a fuel gauge. Don't really understand why
Its a 125 no? Since ehen is thatbnot allowed on highways? Sure its not smart but not allowed?
instagram.com/motojitsuclub/
Those actually are not "inverted forks" those are old school standard forks.
So flickable… and filtering is never an issue.
Neighborhood…these bike can go anywhere except maybe interstate….my monkey can go 70 with cam airbox etc….all those groms you are talking about have been modded to the hills…I’m sure if you modded the papio it would do the same thing…this is actually a bigger engine than the grom
CFMOTO just ticks soo many boxes
Why is everyone so obsessed with the R1 not having a fuel gage? I've got a 2022 R1 and I just don't get it lol
it's pretty dumb not to have when it's a $18,000 motorcycle...the BMW S1000RR has electronic suspension, damping, cruise control, heated grips, etc etc stock, for example. Maybe that's why they discontinued it...can't keep up with other brands.
@MotoJitsu seems to be the only complaint. Just means the R1 is a great bike. That BMW is sick too.
Well and the brakes...and lack of all the other things other 1000cc bikes have...like the things I just mentioned.
@MotoJitsu oh definitely. Brakes were junk. I was hoping for a new updated version to come out but we know how that turned out. My friend just picked up a 2022 rsv4 1100 and that thing is loaded.
I bet!
Why can't it have the 300 nk engine for us experienced fools.

If it had a single round head light it would make it look more like a cafe racer.
I think its going for more of a retro sport bike kind of look
It weighs 250lb so probably not something you want to try to lift with your back bent and knees straight.
These things are like 3 grand 😂 who the fucks gonna pay 3 grand for one of these
I might
They should be $2,000 at most.
i did..
