Hello from northern New York. Your jam looks delicious, I do a bit of canning so I know how much it is. To make things easier I use a small wide mouth funnel to put the food into the jars, it saves a lot of mess. It’s such a pleasure to watch your videos, you and your husband are very cleverer and hardworking. ❤

I do canning here & there, jam is my least thing to do LOL. I don't like how time consuming it is, good thing my family doesn't use jam but we use tons of juice. I use steam juicer to make juice and then can them. Sometimes I save the pulp to make fruit roll by dehydrating them, my family love them for a sweet treat. Or freeze dry(you can still dehydrate to make powder if you don't have freeze dryer) it to make fruit powder, just add them to smoothie. I have been lazy lately, but watching your videos inspired me to get my fruits in the freezer taking care of LOL. You are so awesome!!!!! Thank you!

I always wash my pineapple by soaking for a while. I love to boil the peel the middle stem and the eye bits i cut out. I use the water to make other juices so it tastes tropical!

Wow your garden have come to life. Your house is like a resort now. Beautiful. Also I thought no other people boil jackfruit seeds to eat lol . Btw guys the boiled jackfruit seeds are very tasty. You can eat them as snacks. Go well with tea or coffee too

You can start cooking the frozen fruit in the pan, no need to defrost or add extra water. Add the rest of the ingredients and once “cooked,” it’ll be easier to grind them. Maybe get a hand-held blender? All in the same pan! That’s what I do! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 😉

I am watching you from Annapolis Maryland USA 🇺🇸… I love watching your day to day life. I’m a 72 year old grand mom, both of my sisters are married to Philippine brothers and they are very loving and hard working men.. and very religious. They live in Hawaii and have 2 jobs each plus my sisters work hard the cost of living is very high there one gallon of milk is over $8.00.. it’s actually cheaper to go out and eat than buy meats and produce and bread to cook at home … it’s very creative to make jams from your local gardens… great job….
