Gibson Les Paul Modern Figured - Cobalt Burst - Unboxing

I recently featured the Gibson Les Paul Modern Figured in Cobalt Burst in my UA-cam shorts. Well I like it so much that I went back to my local guitar shop and bought it. What sold me was the beautiful top, lightweight, several different tonal options, and the cutaway shredder neck.
* Strings not included. I bought it locally, and they threw in a set of strings.
*It comes with the poker chip. I noticed I forgot to show it but I was battling with that white envelope and lost my train of thought. 🤣

Congrats on your new Les Paul! I have to admit I am very envious. How does it sound etc.?

@Harleyforever20 Thanks! The neck, sound, and weight remind me of the modern single cuts by ESP and Schecter, and those are half the price. I personally just loved the look of the Cobalt Burst on the Gibson.

Congrats! You're lucky yours has the dark blue around the edges. I just bought one from Sweetwater and according to the photos they sent me it doesn't come with the Burst even tho I ordered the Cobalt. So I should have it in the mail soon and may ship it back. Where did you buy yours from?

Thanks! I bought mine locally. Buying online does have some disadvantages, but I hope yours turns out great!!👍

@scripteaze No fear I've played the Epiphone model, and it's fantastic, especially for the price. If you look through my Shorts video's you will see the Epiphone versions 🤘
