Gopro 11 Star trails mode -tutorial

Here we test, the new star trail feature found in the new GoPro 11 black. Previously to get shots like this you would have to do post processing on the computer. However, now this feature is built into the new GoPro in the video I explain how to use it in the best settings.

Do you think this would work aboard a cruise ship at night while travelling? I will be trying in March when I go on my next cruise.

Would be a really cool shot but I don't think it will work. The mode uses the gps to account for earths rotation to stack the frames for the trails.
That being said. Try it anyway, why not!
