Very nice 1 bedrooms, what would be the rental price, ima senior 69 yrs old single no animal have vehicle , it's 2:35 fwb 9, 2024, looking for something in the summer or fall months, but need rental price, thanks for the tours
My friend, Caroline, wanted to move from Hamilton to Elliot Lake. I was able to take the apartment tour for her, since I was living here already, and she was able to make a decision to take an apartment based on the video. She then communicated with the management company by way of phone and emails, and moved here three months later. Everything with her move-in went smoothly and she has been loving Elliot Lake ever since. 😉👍
I agree, and now they want to raise the local taxes on property and homeowners to pay for their expensive building projects, like a $15-million arts centre, after we've experienced business closures and job losses due to government lockdowns, and now facing increased costs and food/supply shortages. There are people who are going hungry and are homeless in a downturn economy, but the city is still pushing ahead with plans to construct buildings that will benefit no one. It's become a really sorry state in Elliot Lake.

I think it's about $750 per month for a one-bedroom.
Did she move up?
Yes! Caroline moved up to Elliot Lake, and it will be two years ago next month.
