Justine DeMarco Oh my God, totally agree! Some time ago, being sick, I spent 2 weeks at home... You know, messy hair, PJs all day long, not even a mascara. Of course I didn't have the energy to do something about it while I was so unwell but the moment I started feeling little bit better, I had to do the normal makeup routine and I wore REAL clothes, without them, I just felt...naaah! 😁
Thank you. That’s exactly me. My friend sometimes are shocked that I’m working from home some days because of the way I’m dressed. dressing up makes me feel successful and I get on with the day with success in my mind.
Couldn't agree more. I have an example from my student days. I was dressed for a job interview. I was wearing an Ann Taylor houndstooth blazer in dark green and black (this was in 1991). I popped into a shop to buy a drink before the interview. The two ladies there were gushing over this blazer and gave me many compliments. I chatted a bit and went to the interview. After the interview, I ducked into a washroom to change my clothes for my trip back to my university. I wore old jeans and a t-shirt. I went back to the same shop to get some snacks for the trip. The same two ladies were there. Guess what, they didn't recognise me! I was studying psychology so I wasn't surprised by their behaviour. Moral of the story : Clothes make the woman! BTW I got the job!
My take away from this video..........dress for yourself..............how true. I have been doing that a lot lately and wear things a step up or two from what I would wear even if I am not gonna see anyone else today. It really does make me feel better about myself and I look good walking the dog. Welcome back and I so hope your little dog is doing better.
Love that new intro and I agree 100%. I have a condition that causes me a lot of pain and makes me very bloated at times, so I can't tell you how many times a cute loose dress or button up shirt has saved me from feeling like a slob. You can be comfortable and cute!
Dressing up for yourself is important, and you're so right about wearing proper clothes even when you're working from home because it does help put you in the right mindset. I can't explain it, but it's true. Comfy clothes are *amazing* but the fit and quality helps take it to the next level (aka wearing it outside). Dark jeans, fitted leggings and loose, pretty tops are comfy as hell but still make a good impression. I firmly believe in finding the balance that's right for you and sticking with what makes you happy!
Thank you! Your comments on self image being affected by clothes are something I have believed for a long time and why I hate the trend for casual clothes in offices.
Love the new intro, too. And you are so right. I love comfortable clothes and my style is rather casual, but sweatpants outside the house - never! Interesting thoughts about working from home - I do this sometimes and must confess mostly in very comfy clothes. But I'll give it a try and dress nicely next time. I can imagine it feels different. Thanks!
Thank you, thank you! People get your polish look on! I just had a conversation with a friend about this topic. In general, American's are dressing lazy and need to step it up. Lauren you nailed this topic.
Nan Rushton amen sister, I think alot of us are saying enough is enough now. I shouldnt be at the theater in the evening with someone in shorts and flip flops and when you made the effort to wear cocktail attire and be fabulous.
People tell me "You're so dressed up!" but a cotton wrap dress is just as comfy as a pair of sweatpants, and way cuter. (Love the new intro, Lauren. Your intros with the music didn't convey your image as well, IMO)
I also follow this tip. If I slap on a tank top with a maxi skirt instead of jogging pants, I feel different and people look at me differently ... plus it's nice and breezy, lol.
Spot on! My mum also says that if you dress “comfortably” at home, when you need to dress up you won’t be able to look put together enough. Totally agree that the more you dress up the more you can start to pay attention to accessories and styling you hair etc when it really matters.
I was always brought up with the idea that taking the time to make yourself look presentable is actually a sign of respect for those around you. That you respect them enough to brush your teeth and put on clean clothes as good manners. Caring about yourself shows that you care about others. Plus looking like a slob only encourages others to treat you as a slob.
As a person who has slight depression/anxiety, dressing nicely and taking care of my appearance has really helped how I feel about myself and life in general (paired with proper treatment ofc).
Welcome back Lauren! Glad your are back and love this video. My daughters and I love wearing dresses throughout the entire year. We wear tights and boots when it's cold. Dresses are SOOOOO much more comfortable than jeans and they make me feel put together and feminine. My oldest daughter, 31 yrs. gets teased often for "dressing up" to run errands, grocery shop, school drop offs etc... But she explains that she FEELS better and is more comfortable with wearing dresses. It bothers others because it makes them feel inadequate for not trying to make any effort. Period. Have a great day Lauren and someday I dream of you styling my youngest daughter, 27 yrs. She is an artist and has a tiny figure. She really needs to learn how to define her style and find affordable outfits. Your advice would be an incredible blessing.
Agreed! I am 54 years old and I have learned a bunch of stuff about self image. Getting dressed AND making your bed really create an environment for getting something accomplished. I have never been a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal but there are ways to be very comfortable with fashion. Take for example the palazzo pant or the shift/wrap dress. Or, how about a cute skirt/tee and cool boots. There are so many ways to get comfortable with fashion! Good advice.
Hi Lauren! Can you link the study in the description? I would love to read it. I did my Master’s Thesis on the way style of dress influences perceptions of competency for professionally dressed women. This kind of stuff fascinates me!
Hmm, I'm not sure we can dump all sweats into one category anymore. Sure, everyone has way too stretched out and washed out sweats that they love to wear while trying to fuse with the couch. But sports wear can be fashionable too, so even sweats can look cute. It's not something one would wear to work, but it can certainly be used to make a nice casual/sporty outfit.
I agree with you! I have sweatpants that look nicer than some of my pants. I still remember the sweatpants and heels trend too. Still think that there was some great looks that came from that. And I do sometimes wear a nice pair of skinny sweats with my Karl Lagerfield ballerinas haha
I think she's referring to people who are fused to their altheisure wear and who wear sweat pants all the time. I have friends who do that and it really does affect their self esteem without them knowing it.
I agree!! I was just telling my mom this a month ago! Every time we would go out she would wear "comfort" jeans, t-shirts with printed logos from some random event and sneakers. My mom just retired and I guess this became her new style. Lol! Where in the past she used to dress up more. So I called her out on it and she said it was just something she wears around the house, but we weren't in the house we were out shopping and going out to eat. After I pointed this out to her a couple of times she got it and changed the way she dressed and where ever we went she started to get compliments on how nice she looked. It made her feel really good about herself after she noticed the difference in the way people saw her. And the clothes she was wearing were still just as comfortable as jeans and a t-shirt.
Oh ,I love my mom so much. She always made us dress nice when leaving the house. School, doctors office, shopping,no matter where always dressed in Sunday attire. That’s how we called it back then. Sweat pants were only for home. Thanks mum for being such a good role model. This video is on point 👍😎❤️
I get what you are saying but the examples you've shown look awesome. I think there is a way to dress in comfy clothes and look good; it's just that it needs to be mindfully put together.
I think calling leggings, sweatpants, hoodies, various forms of athleisure wear, etc "comfy clothes" is problematic. A lot of regular (and more attractive) clothes are also comfortable, you just have to find the right fabrics and fits. I personally don't think athleisure wear is attractive at all and certainly could never look as good or better than normal clothing, but of course that's a matter of opinion.
Nope, you got dressed all by yourself. You don't require maintenance. No need to call the cleaners. "High maintenance" is what people with no initiative like to say.
New opening and closing are great. So true. Unless you're sick and have to drag yourself to the pharmacy, wearing sweats in public says you don't care about yourself. Same goes with wearing pajama bottoms. Stop this insanity.
I absolutely agree that putting some effort into yourself- especially making sure you have good hygiene- is essential for good mental health, but I would love to hear more constructive "here is how you find clothes that fit & look cute & make you feel good that are also going to move with you and allow you to relax."
Love the video. I also believe it's knowing when and where to dress a certain way. I spend my weekends running behind my boys at the gym. I dress comfy chic.
Some people don’t care how people look at you. Yes I do think differently about myself. I start to believe that I will not follow society’s expectations and dress however I want. I know who I am and am comfortable in my skin no matter how I dress. I think we need to stop depending on our clothes to feel beautiful, you are beautiful no matter what you’re wearing, it’s about how you feel that attracts other people, the confidence not always the clothing
I think you're spot on that people DO judge no matter what. Yes it would be nice if everyone could get away with dressing sloppily comfortable. I work in an infant classroom at a daycare, so I have to think carefully about what I wear. I get baby formula dripped on me, food spilled, drooled on, sometimes even peed on if I'm not careful changing a diaper, so unfortunately I can't be wearing high end and uncomfortable clothes when I spend so much time sitting on the floor, bending over, etc. But at the same time, when parents drop off their babies they need to look at me and feel confident that they're leaving their child with a responsible, competent adult. Our appearance is the first impression people get of us. Not all of us have the luxury of not caring what that first impression is.
I work from home most of the time too. And I almost always dress up. In fact, i had a contract this week in the nicest corporate building in my city and i'm dressing more casually to fit in with the team of co-workers than I do at home :)
If how you feel about yourself goes up and down depending on what you wear then I think you need to see a therapist not go shopping. I look hot and feel productive no matter what my clothes: because I have high self esteem! This video is a joke!
Natalie Opasinis agreed 💯Our attitude speak louder than faking the funk. We need to bring back femininity and etiquette and manners to compose the real package. Fashion is just an element. 😘😘😘💯
Natalie Opasinis I don't think it necessarily has always to do with low self-esteem , but rather, because a person knows that they are not putting effort in their appearance they feel bad, or maybe they don't know their unique style to represent them,so they just choose the most comfortable, dull clothing to wear. Our appearance is very important to the majority, and to a certain degree we should care and feel obliged to work on our outer appearance.
but a person's unique style can be sweatpants and sweaters or the like. i don't know how many boys from london i've seen who wear grey trackies every single day, that IS their style and they are proud of it. you are talking about sweatpants as if they're "other" from the Real style, for some people it's not. no one should tell them how to feel about what they wear because they deem it unattractive and unnecessary. their wardrobe is not for you, it's for them.
I would totally agree with you. I read an article in a magazine that encouraged men to step up their fashion presence in the office. Whereas, in order to pave their way to higher promotions, they are encouraged to dress stylish in order to feel more confident on the job each day. The article continued by stating that that confident feeling should last all day long and should continue at home, at the gym, or even walking around the Safeway... And we don't care who looks at us in our baggy sweatpants...? We need to learn something here ladies. 😎
Thank-you so much. I teach elementary art and I make sure I dress fashionably everyday. Of course I don't buy dry clean only clothing. I feel more confident and my students notice! Xoxo
I agree with you. If you are willing to search for the right clothing stores with the right clothing, you can buy for example a jeans as comfortable as a sweatpants. (I have them, in my closet, no joke, its possible.) Sometimes you have to spend a bit more money, but it is worth it. I mean, who doesn't want to feel good and look good. (take a look at Uniqlo for example, they have perfect comfi clothing that will still make you look amazing). If you look like you have everything put together, you will get more confidence, because every time you look in te mirror, you see a nice, good looking person smiling back at you. (And yes this is also for men. When men don't put any effort in their looks, I think they look lazy as well.) Of course, nothing wrong with lazy Sundays. But please don't think that looking good and feeling comfortable are two different things. You can still look amazing on your workdays and feeling comfi at the same time, just invest and search for the right clothing. It's possible for me as a student :D
Yes! Shes back w the new and improved format! Loving this...like a riff on the Anti-Style series that had me hooked. All hail the immortal Karl Lagerfeld! Dont give up ladies, get in the game!! Its fun out here!!
OMG I was thinking about the Seinfeld episode and because usually no one ever watches Seinfeld I was so caught off guard by your quoting! I refuse to wear sweatpants and legging when I go outside unless I am going to the gym.
are you kidding me? Jeans are never ever as comfortable as sweatpants. That's literally the reason why people wear sweats instead of jeans. Where is the logic? And I don't think we should always be dressed up. Why? It's just more pressure on women so that they live up to the ridiculous standarts that the society has made up. Trust me, you feel so free when you go out without make up in comfy clothes and don't give a fuck. The pressure to look perfect for some strangers is just GONE. YOU ARE FREE.
@Blueberrypie00 triggered is a term used in psychology to explain a state in which people with ptsd (and other) fall after they come in contact with something that reminds them of their trauma and that causes flashbacks. It's pretty ignorant of you to use auch a term just to make fun of internet people. Actually, it's pathetic. Why not invent your own term? Got no creativity? Why be a sheep?
I've been thinking about this for a while cause you've brought this up in other videos. I really think the way you dress really depends on where you live, in your environment. In LA in sweats you probably don't look so good compared to everyone else. I, on the other hand live in Maine where it is a cold climate and most people own sweats, most people here where them to the store. I do believe if you dress up you do feel better about yourself but dressing for comfortability and the way you dress up really depends on where you are.
Hello from France ! So relieved you're back with a vengeance,, was missing your videos so much. Love the new intro and adored the contents. How very true : it works from Inside out, when you dress even when you don't feel well or would just cuddle up in a blanket : all of a sudden you feel better. My best friend is a shrink and she detects the ups and downs in her patients just by the way they are dressed and groomed... or not. It signals depression when they give up. Bon courage !
Comfortable does not mean frumpy 🤷🏼♀️ you can look polished and cute if you know what items to put together and keep your hair and makeup/and or skincare looking right! I love being comfy and won’t by clothes that are uncomfortable!
I would like to say something about the topic at hand but guys, I'm from Italy, I doubt I ever saw anyone in sweats in public unless they had to go to the gym. And I'd say I dress comfortably, I never feel uncomfortable in my daily clothes, and I spend my whole day out every day 🙃
I want to clarify: there's a lot of people wearing leggings, often ugly ones with terrible patterns, even see-through ones. I don't exactly live in Milan where everyone looks like they came out of a magazine. BUT we would never wear sweats in public, I see people bringing jeans to change into after going to the gym when the gym is literally a two minutes walk away from their place.
So true, if I was in sweats or pjs I would feel lazy and not want to work. I suppose sweats and comfy clothes are great to wear for sleep or relaxing. (As it would allow someone to physically see that they've relaxed at home)
I took a debate trip with a long charter bus ride. I was comfortable and stylish. I wore solid black sweat pants with pockets BUT (Don't lose faith in me yet Momma Messiah) I wore it with a very styled and tailored red sweater with matching red ballet flats. I was well groomed and got sooo many compliments. It was a comfortable polished look, it was golden✨🌻💛
Great video (and WONDERFUL to see things have cleared up enough that you're back in action)! I'm OBSESSED with how clothes change the way we perceive ourselves (enclothed cognition). It's the underlying theme in my approach to styling and my channel too. Hope to see more like this! And ... you look amazing (as always); keep on killin it! xox
I love this video. Not to mention the production is so good compared to other videos here on the Tube, but you look amazing. You’re gorgeous and your outfit details are on point missy! You inspire me.
Totally agree with everything said in this video ! A suggestion: if you're looking for new video ideas, it would be nice , on this note, to make a video of examples of how to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. I know it depends a lot on the person, but maybe there are some general tips that you can give. Sorry if you already made a video like that, but I've seen a looot of your videos and I don't remember right now having seen that. Cheers and keep up the good work!
Sometimes I feel my most confident and positive on the weekend when I’m wearing a hoodie and trainers. However, if I wore this to work I would feel crappy
What about people that, due to disabilities/illnesses, can barely tolerate wearing clothes at all? I know about the research showing that dressing up makes you feel better about yourself, and I agree that it's largely true. But due to several chronic problems, every kind of pressure from clothes hurts a lot on me. That leggings are a thing now is the best thing that's happened in my wardrobe for many years, since it means that I'm no longer limited to baggy, oversized jeans. I also have a very non-standard body type, so it's very difficult for me to find clothes at all, and then they also have to be tolerable painwise. So while I understand your point, I think you're quite aggressive about it and that you completely disregard that there can be other reasons why people can't always be dressed up. We're not all just too lazy to make an effort, and it's not always super easy to find something both comfortable AND classy. So here's a constructive suggestion: make a video about how to "not dress like a slob" if you have any kind of chronic pain problems. Talk to someone who has fibromyalgia, MS, IBS, a back/back injury etc. It might widen your horizons.
Thank you!!!! I developed fibromyalgia and have a swallowing disorder that has caused me to lose a tonne of weight. Without drawstrings on trousers I'd be naked because all my clothes end up falling off me and I can't work due to fibromyalgia and so can't afford new clothes every month. My life feels more like survival and I care more about being able to get things done than what someone thinks about me.
This is such a great video! Dressing for yourself and for motivation gives me more encouragement to continue the style I have rather than wearing the college uniform (no shorts look). The study was a unique addition to the case against dressing down, but the all the quick cuts to Mean Girls and Seinfeld were a bit distracting. The point was made but it could’ve been more fluid with uninterrupted cuts
The only time I'd wear sweatpants is if I'm heading for a studio art class because paint can fall onto unexpected places. Plus, most students at my university that attend these classes dress down anyway. Even my teachers, including guest speakers, come in with paint-stained jeans. I've basically learned to understand that it's far more normal for artists, especially the professionals, to dress down because they appear to be constantly working. The only exception I can think of is gallery shows/openings where everyone dress up a bit more formally or business casual.
People who say they don’t care what people think make my head spin. Like, ???? You don’t care at all??? Well good, because people are thinking a lot of not so great things about you rn.
Hi Lauren, I was smiling inside while listening to you because what you are taking about is a for of the Law Of Attraction. You aligned your self to look representable etc inside and out side. For this reason I stated put you is this level that you don’t care how others convince you otherwise because witnessed internally! Good for you. I believe in the same thinking because I experienced both! Please listen to Lauren, she knows! I do not know her this is the first time ever commenting on her Channel” peace, love and prosperity.
Love this video! Trying desperately to say this to some of my friends but I’ll just send them this video instead 😊 would also like to add that it’s not necessary to always be 100% comfortable, if you’re going to a dinner date you don’t actually need to wear Birkenstocks 😂
This isn't talking about problems of dressing comfortably; more about dressing appropriately. You can dress appropriately and comfortably. Just find the right fit and material. If you don't find it in store then get it tailored. Title is a bit misleading.
I hate sweat pants and flip flops so I never had many pairs of them. But I have many comfy jeans, nice shirts (even the plain white t-shirts can be nice looking or interesting), skirts and dresses. Especially the dresses. I have a few favorite dresses with classic cut, from non wrinkle material with nice pattern. And I know that I can always put them on and be comfy and pretty at the same time :) I can wear them with heels and blazer or sneakers and denim jacket. And they work every time :)
If you aren't bothered to dress nice, you are telling yourself you aren't worth any better. It also doesn't motivate you to take care of your things. Get a nice bag and you will keep it in pristine condition and you won't need more than one. Get a nice pair of jeans and you sure as hell will be motivated to stay in shape. I don't have the time for mediocre clothes that don't make me look good and feel happy. It's all about personal responsibility.
Sweat pants or joggers are so in these days.. I’ve actually bought new to wear them in public.. I actually have to convince myself that its ok to wear them outside 😂
I love to dress up in nice clothes, I really do! 😁.... BUT...I won't lie, I wear sweats at least 4 days out the week lol. I wear them to work because they're comfortable 😂. I work at a warehouse, 10 hour shifts, lots of walking, bending, & lifting...so yes, sweats it is lol. But outside of work, I promise you, I'm dolled up! 😉🌺💞💯
Totally agree. I always get dressed, do my skincare, and put on makeup even if I'm not going anywhere. It makes me feel happy and healthy
Justine DeMarco Oh my God, totally agree! Some time ago, being sick, I spent 2 weeks at home... You know, messy hair, PJs all day long, not even a mascara. Justine DeMarco , putting makeup on everyday is going to age your skin faster.
@@samanthapeters2972 I don't wear a full face, just some eyeliner and mascara and occasionally lipstick
"Dressing well is a form of good manners." -Tom Ford. (Side note: I dress down sometimes but thought this quote fits her message.)
Mrs. Riley Teaches love that
Tom ford is welcome to eat shit, there plenty similar quotes from better people
Tari Tangeo -Thank you for your lovely example of the *opposite* of “good manners”. See where that takes you in life.
To quote Deion Sanders: if you look good you feel good. If you feel good you play good. If you play good they pay good. ☺️
Yasss!!!

Kareneeni yessss I dress up for myself too. There’s so many ways to dress up and be comfortable. Midi skirt are perfect
Yes, as long as a skirt isn't a pencil skirt, most of them are quite comfortable! They even make running skirts now. I may buy one!
Totally agree about the intro!
I also follow this tip. If I slap on a tank top with a maxi skirt instead of jogging pants, I feel different and people look at me differently ... plus it's nice and breezy, lol.
Ha, I get it! It's such an easy, cute look, and nothing better than feeling breezy on a hot day!
True! People do judge you on your outfit and how you take care of your clothes.

It is the loose shapeless ones she is most likely thinking of in this video. If you wear a matching set it is too much imo

I consistently dress up and I get crap for it from most girls or men asking if I am high maintenance, it’s a catch 22
a video on that topic is coming soon!
Nope, you got dressed all by yourself. You don't require maintenance.
No need to call the cleaners.
"High maintenance" is what people with no initiative like to say.
Thats right keeping dressing up all of us are coming together saying enough is enough
New opening and closing are great.
So true. Unless you're sick and have to drag yourself to the pharmacy, wearing sweats in public says you don't care about yourself. Same goes with wearing pajama bottoms. Stop this insanity.
Thank you :) The pajama bottoms in public are the WORST!!
And wearing fuzzy bedroom slippers with said pajama bottoms to the market is even worse!
I absolutely agree that putting some effort into yourself- especially making sure you have good hygiene- is essential for good mental health, but I would love to hear more constructive "here is how you find clothes that fit & look cute & make you feel good that are also going to move with you and allow you to relax."
I just cleaned out about 40 items from my closets and drawers. Quality over Quantity. Wish I could afford to higher you but your videos are helping.
Thank you, normal person!
but a person's unique style can be sweatpants and sweaters or the like. i don't know how many boys from london i've seen who wear grey trackies every single day, that IS their style and they are proud of it. you are talking about sweatpants as if they're "other" from the Real style, for some people it's not. no one should tell them how to feel about what they wear because they deem it unattractive and unnecessary. their wardrobe is not for you, it's for them.
Xoxo
Love it!!
When men don't put any effort in their looks, I think they look lazy as well.)
Of course, nothing wrong with lazy Sundays.
I couldn't agree with you more, Lauren...on all points (speaking from personal experience)! I'm a new subscriber. 😊 I'm so glad your channel found me!
You have not worn the perfect pair of jeans before then. I hope you find the right pair one day
I've been thinking about this for a while cause you've brought this up in other videos.
I do feel different when I dress up. And it feels nice when others complement... No matter who you are.
I agree 💯 look good, feel good!
Thank you!! I missed you guys! Too long of a UA-cam break.
Another part of this: a great way to help yourself during depression is to force yourself to dress “up” every day.
Wooow such a change in this video lots of pictures and examples its amazing thank you very much. Its like talk show. You are amazing
Oooo. I agree with everything you say here!
Yes this is correct. Im never going to dress comfortably esp. In everyday grind
Comfortable does not mean frumpy 🤷🏼♀️ you can look polished and cute if you know what items to put together and keep your hair and makeup/and or skincare looking right! I love being comfy and won’t by clothes that are uncomfortable!
Nice video. Would love to see some examples of styling really comfy but still good looking outfits.
I love this channel! Thanks for the amazing inspiration!!! 💜
So true, if I was in sweats or pjs I would feel lazy and not want to work. I suppose sweats and comfy clothes are great to wear for sleep or relaxing. (As it would allow someone to physically see that they've relaxed at home)
Thank you! I needed that kick in the pants! You are delightful 🌺
And ... you look amazing (as always); keep on killin it! xox
Ahh you're so sweet! I'm a big Lauren Messiah fan myself xox
Working Look why not fight the tendency to define ppl by their clothes
fathima Cader the point is that we define ourselves by our clothes, consciously or not.
My friends always tell me ‘you can’t judge ‘ HONEY, THATS PRETTY MUCH THE ONLY THING I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO !
I love this video. Not to mention the production is so good compared to other videos here on the Tube, but you look amazing. You’re gorgeous and your outfit details are on point missy! You inspire me.
Thank you so much!
Mel Nuesch yes I agree
People treat you the way you look, that is for sure!!
For me comfortable is warm and cozy = sweats 😂😂. I’m always cold! I’m so much more productive when I’m completely dressed and presentable.
I am definitely glad that you are back Lauren, I am experiencing a style slump entering the summer season.
Thank you! Glad to be back
Hi Lauren, good video. Could you include in the description of the video more information about the study you mentioned?
Sometimes I feel my most confident and positive on the weekend when I’m wearing a hoodie and trainers. However, if I wore this to work I would feel crappy
I mean when ppl say they wanna dress comfortable, they mean they want to let go of everything. That includes their appearance..
I absolutely agree!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Laidi Kirsta ugh thank you! Just commented something similar
I love this clean background and the content ofc as always!
Sending this to my friend who lives out of sweats.
That jacket is fierce!
I finally got to see what this jacket looks like on you 😂
The only time I'd wear sweatpants is if I'm heading for a studio art class because paint can fall onto unexpected places.
Perception changed
Welcome back. Great presentation ♥️
Love the new intro and video lauren! You're amazing! I was so excited when I got this notification! Keep up the great work 😃
Yay!! Glad to be back :)
Ehhh if they don't pay my bills, hair salon bill, or clothing spending account then their opinion doesn't matter. I dress for me and my donators lmao
Love this outfit. It suits you perfectly!
Thank you...
Welcome back!! I enjoyed the new video. I'm staying tuned can't wait to see all the new ones to come.
o
Love this video! Trying desperately to say this to some of my friends but I’ll just send them this video instead 😊 would also like to add that it’s not necessary to always be 100% comfortable, if you’re going to a dinner date you don’t actually need to wear Birkenstocks 😂
Amanda wow, Birkenstocks on a date 🤦♀️😂
100%AGREE!!!!!! There are no ugly women, only lazy ones.
This isn't talking about problems of dressing comfortably; more about dressing appropriately. You can dress appropriately and comfortably. Just find the right fit and material. If you don't find it in store then get it tailored. Title is a bit misleading.
The blazer you're wearing is life, death and everything in between.
😂 I love it when Lauren gets her little 'tude' on
I hate sweat pants and flip flops so I never had many pairs of them.
I disagree if you Know how to dress comfortable and it Fits appropriately. Anything can be dressed Up! Everyone has their Opinion.
It would be nice to tell us what the study is when quoting it (in the description box). You would have been more convincing, in my eye at least.
Dresses and pants can be just as comfy as sweatpants. I work from home too and when I dress better and put effort I am more productive!
I love the Chanel upgrade.. love you Lauren, be blessed abundantly....
Thank you for watching :)
That jacket! You look so fierce!
Your jacket it's beautiful!!!!! Can you say where did you get it, please? Thank you.
Sweat pants or joggers are so in these days.. I’ve actually bought new to wear them in public.. I actually have to convince myself that its ok to wear them outside 😂
Couldn't agree more!
