Zahid bahi is inspiration, I was diagnosed with type II diabetes in 2018, I started getting knowledge of remission and started my journey in Feb 2021, within three months I reversed my diabetes only by diet and few of life style changes, Since then I maintained my self with in permissible range. My previous HBA1c was 6.8 which is now 5.3. My Lipids also get perfect all my medicines are now gone to dustbin, got a lot more benefits. My age is 53 and my body feels like 35. :)
I am type 1 Dibitic patient since 2014,, when I was in 6 th standard and today I am in 2 nd year...and my level was 640 ...and still taking 3 insulins....but Alhamdulillah doing well now a days,,,,but unfortunately can't get control .... Sir bohat shukria app ki struggle qabalay deed hay . Mera name Mohsin hay main UK main hoon . Main app ki baat par pura pura amal keya or ab sugar level bilkul normal hay app ka shukria.
I was diagnosed with diabetes with HBA 1c of 7.4 about 2.5 months ago. All i did was stopped eating sugar, Maida, Rice and Potatos and my HBA1c levels have dropped to 5.9. I exercise and lost about 15 kg of weight. I eat bran bread with egg in morning and 1 whole grain roti in lunch and dinner sharp at 1 and 7 pm as whole grain is a complex carb and its increases your blood sugar level gradually. At 9 PM i do exercise. Do remember that low Sugar is more dangerous/deadly then high sugar so in my humble opinion one can have whole wheat/complex carbs in limited portion to maintain sugar levels rather then going on high fat diet.

بہت شکریہ جناب بہت اچھی معلومات ہے...... میں ملک سے باہر تھا 12 سال دوائی کھاتا رہا 2020 میں پکا پاکستان آ گیا یہاں آ کر میں نے اپنی خوراک بدل دی گندم 5 کلو جوؤ 5 کلو کالے چنے 3 کلو موٹا پسوا کر بغیر چھانے روٹی کھاتا ہوں سلاد ہر کھانے میں ضروری ہے ایک مہینے کے بعد دوائی کم کرنی شروع کی تھوڑی تھوڑی کر کے چار مہینے میں دوائی بلکل چھوڑ دی اب یہ ہی روٹی کھا رہا ہوں الحمدللہ اب مجھے شوگر کی کوئی علامت نہیں اچھی زندگی گزر رہی ہے ورزش بہت ضروری ہے اللہ تعالیٰ سب کو اہلبیتء کے صدقے تندرستی عطا فرمائے آمین یا رب العالمین ❤
