When Eren is walking with the rock, I'm pretty sure the reason there is so much steam coming off of him is because he says he feels like he is being crushed from the weight; that is, since Titan's emit steam when injured, I think he really IS being crushed and is regenerating in real-time so he just constantly emits steam. That would also explain why Armin says that Eren's body feels so hot when he is trying to extract him.
This is my favorite episode for season 1. The raw emotional value that comes with this episode is amazing. You can feel the victory in that moment and emotions that come with the characters.
It took me like 7 times to watch the whole series. I kept getting emotional and I'd stop watching for a while. Then I'd start over from the beginning. Lol. I'm weird I guess.
2:22 ah its the og version of the anime where they messed up the editing as that part just showed still frame instead of showing what Annie actually did
just in case you thought it was weird the way jean was saved, it is because they did not have time to animate annie saving him, so the tv version doesn't show it, just the blu-ray one
Everyone joining Survey Corp (probably): Congratz all of you, Garrison is our shield, and you (Survey Corp) is our spear. Eren joining Survey Corp: * in jail *
Fun Fact: When Eren lifts the giant rock, he takes on a striking resemblance to Atlas, a young titan who was condemned to carry the earth on his shoulders in Greek mythology 👑👑👑
What Erwin means is that the Colossol and Armored Titan are the same as Eren. They are humans that have the same ability as Eren, to transform into titans.
I’m new to this reactor and dig her reaction. But why does she remove the music in some of the best parts? I’ve not seen any other reactors have to do that 🤔

Most of the steam is coming from his feet, he kept walking even though his soles were likely destroyed
nice clarification

I also cried the first time I saw it... Eren's words made me remember many things, it conveys a lot.
This show man... after like the hundredth time watching that whole scene, still makes me cry

No other show had made me cry for background characters like this does
they are not background characters imo.
@@justwatchnotsay We barely see them after this arc, so they kinda are
@@kuroyuki6254 I dont know what background characters you talked about. I thought you meant Jean Sasha..
@@justwatchnotsay ooh, no. I meant all the characters that die in this episode, such as Ian, and the squad that god squished by titans.

Yeah she really needs to find somewhere she can watch the Bluray version
wow, its so sad.
The music is always so spot on

Levi is absolutely the best character in the entire series❤❤❤

IKEEEE EREN. Chills everytime.
Ill take any happiness i can get from this story 🙏

Atlas held up the sky, not the earth. It was the victorians tha first depicted him holding the earth. Look it up
@@donttalktome2316I believe you are right. I always learned that Atlas held up the sky.
A comment you find in every reaction of this episode. Can you be more creative maybe ?
@@1998rg stupid spreads like butter. You just have to hold yourself to a higher standard
oh girl you are not ready for whats to come
i cry every damn episode smh

He didnt needed to mention that again,lol😂@@Ciffer-1998
After started watching AOT, good that you can save your tears and start to have some fun with One Piece.
5:32 *Don't forget this small detail about Marco that I only noticed after watching the anime again.*
I didn't realize that either
yo what the fuck this is one of those things you only notice if you go frame by frame
no amount of rewatching has made me catch that .5 sec clip
@@crowsvaIt could be. But if you watch episode 3x15, in Marco's scene, then you will understand.
And so he arrives.. Can't wait to see her reaction to Levi stuff coming up lol
4:32 why is that brick purple.. 🤨
This is the tv version. It has lots of animation errors
The blu ray version corrects them all
@davivicente7446 oh i see, thanks for letting me know, am just curious
Blu-ray also has horribly innacurate subtitles though. Just mentioning so she knows to keep with Crunchyroll.
🔥 tatakae
tatakae broh

Then others might not get copyrighted, I do sadly :(
