+Richard Lindsay (POKEPROFRICH) i was expecting rich idiots wrecking their expensive toys and then throwing a hissy fit. first video was titled the richer they are they bigger they cry.
You should have gave him "your bosses" number and when your cell rang, while looking him in the eye, answered it!! ha! ha! .. No wait, bad move to let any debtor have your cell number.. never mind..
I work for a finance company and I deal with high delinquencies, for people who don't make their car payments. I just have to say I like to watch your videos and see how you repo people's car.
How do we know they are together ? I seen no proof of that whatsoever besides his title . He said when he was talking to him over the porch “ she’s a single mom “ then he comes down and says “ I had no idea she was behind , I’m gonna pay for it “ smh why do you people assume
...yeah, but sometimes there's a fine line between "being ruthless" and "being a bitch". And the only way that a "ruthless" douchebag ever learns the lesson is to remind him that they are not the only ones who can be and are willing to be ruthless. At some point they have to pay the piper or their "ruthlessness" will just get out of control.
12:48 he says "Is there any break" The fact that you gave him 10min to wait for finance co to call her back. How many other repo agents would have just hooked and booked. Bless you and your patience for people.
I see the repo guys come by my area when i'm coming off shift at 4 am lol I enjoyed watching one guys F350 getting towed away after he had made fun of my beater
RepoNut I really admire how well you compose yourself and how you handle your clients. You have a great attitude about you and your work. Love your videos, keep up the great work.
Ok -- THAT was a neat trick! Snagging that Honda by the front wheels from underneath the side of the vehicle to turn it away from the curb. That was sweet! Never seen that before -- that auto-loader is a nice piece of kit!
yeah, lol, whatever the finance company is dealing with, he's not intruding on that. All the finance stuff is for the finance company. If he charges 300 dollars, and the finance company says to them its a 100, that is their problem. Same if its the other way around.
“10 day grace period” a lot of people seem to think this. Your loan is technically in default after being a day late. And a bank very likely wouldn’t order a repossession after being ten days late. And the bank says they were actually 45 days late with zero contact.
I noticed most cars in that lot were horribly parked. You backed that car in with your truck and it sat straighter than any car in that lot. People suck behind the wheel.
I'm pretty sure the debtors were given plenty of warning about being behind in payments.Had they been current on their payments,Matt would not need to come out to repo their vehicle. So,they have no one to blame but themselves..
You are not always given warning, trust me. I've had shit repo'd without any warning at all. And when you think you have shit sorted they come do it again next month. Yeah....
90 days, generally it's better for them to work it out than to initiate repo action. She probably was behind in payments for 120 days unless if her credit terms were different due to her credit.
Blah b Courts can be inefficient, expensive, and geared to the advantage of the deadbeat. Just look at the nightmare landlords face trying to evict non-paying tenants. If you are uncomfortable with the legal process simply don't enter into such contracts in the first place.
I've had a vehicle repoed personally. You totally went above and beyond right there. I was able to get my vehicle back but the two driver was not willing to wait. Your the man!
I owned a BHPH (buy here - pay here) used car store for several years. It was a given that my customers had horrible credit and I had to REPO 1 out of every 6 that I sold. By the time it got to the point of REPO they had ignored at least 10 phone calls / messages and 3 letters - one of them sent certified mail. Lke the first guy did, they would only communicate when I showed up to take the car and that's when the sob stories would begin and by then it was too late to stop the process without a big handful of cash.
I just want to tell you how much respect I have for you . You really go out of your way to be nice and be helpful to people your not even sure will react well to you and the situation. It’s good to see people like you still exist .
The one thing that draws me to binge watch your vids is the perfection you put into your work, you absolutely nailed putting that car back in place, and you’re your own boss and you carry that very well - thank you for sharing !!
People should understand the fact that you get paid even if you drop it works to their advantage, because you don't care , if you only got paid to snatch it, you would never hang around long enough to give them a opportunity to work something out.
I’ve never heard of a repo company finding the owners and asking if they need anything out of the car. I would think you open yourself up to higher chances of anger, violence and retaliation.
Probably depends on where you live. Down here in texas the repo guys are like sharks. They see your car they'll drive that shit with the wheels locked and everything if they have to. Possibly try to contact you if they dont wanna mess up their job
It says something about his character. He is going above and beyond to not completely screw the debtor when their car is already being towed away. He doesn't have to contact them, or let them get any personal property. He can just 'hook and book,' but if the person is being civil and calm he tries to 'pacify' them a little bit by at least letting them get some of their things. A lot of the tow guys near where I'm from won't even give you the time of day, let alone let them grab anything out if the vehicle. Then when you return to the impound yard, usually your stuff is gone if it has any kind of value. "Not responsible for any items or damage that occurs to the vehicle in our lot." Lol so it's your lot, you run it, but you aren't liable for what takes place at said business. There is little to no accountability these days. By putting up a sign that says they "arent responsible," they dodge any legal ramifications that would happen if the person had proof a theft or damage took place. Those type of establishments are shady as shit.
u said tha guy asked to speak to yo boss! i would've said ok. i would've given him tha number, let him dial it, I'd answer & say, "how can i help you sir" that would've ben funny as hell!!!!
Sometimes accommodating goes a long ways with getting what I want from people who otherwise are not easy to deal with. I treat everyone with the same respect I would want and pass no judgement on anyone regardless of what I may think inside my head. If someone turns nasty on me then a different approach is used and I am not so nice after that point.
Bro you must have bionic eyes how the hell did you see that license plate from so far away!! You're a good guy very respectful, most towtrucks won't let you get your stuff out of your car let alone offer. Good job good skills my man 🤘
Brandon O Same here, If someone cannot pay their bill then how can they expect to keep the car? they get mad at the repo guy for simply getting the property back...
King of all BLACKS this dude is a nice repo man at that, he always tries to see if people want to get their other property out of the car before he takes it, in this one he even sees if she can make a payment over the phone. This guys is a saint.
Fkn A! I had trouble buying my house because I didn't have credit, even though I put 50% down. If i cam4 buy it for cash, I don't want it! If i can pay payments, I can save till I have enough to buy it! Plain and simple!
RepoNut, I wanna point out that Ford 6.4L Powerstroke turbo diesel you're running is known for failures due to the DPF (Regen) system. I mean, just in case you weren't sure. Basically how it works is there is a canister inline on the exhaust that collects the soot out of the exhaust. Then every so often, the system does a regen process, which bakes the soot into an ash. When this occurs, the engine consumes much more fuel to raise EGT's to insane levels. The problem is, the canister overtime accumulates more and more ash and less and less soot can be stored, which causes the regen to activate more and more frequently, and the engine can't handle the raised EGT's so it ends up getting cooked and melts down. Huge repair bill. No joke. Ford and International Navistar had a nasty fallout over this and the 6.0L EGR cooler and weak head bolt issues.
I like how you re-parked the trail blazer in reverse and on the hook better/straighter then she did driving it. Nicely done. I would have loved to see the view from the backup camera on the bumper when you picked up the Honda. That was a cool trick. The arm must pivot about 180 degrees in either direction to get that angle. Right?
Anastasia Reed , imma go out on a limb here and guess being the fact the dude said “I didn’t even know she was behind” (being its he’s just a boyfriend or someone fucking her) is what the reason is.
he explained later thats NOT what he charges.... thats what the finance company charged them this time. he bills the company MORE to do this. bank ate the difference. i bet you the actual fee is 250. ive noticed people have a massive comprehension problem. go back and listen...
I remember for like weeks I kept having tow trucks pull up to check my car and leave. Found out the guy down the street was the mustang they were looking for. I kept freaking out and checking my statements to make sure I was on time, even when I knew I was 😂😂
I had a car that I was dumb enough to try and afford once. After trying to tell the Toyota dealer I couldn't afford it I tried to give it back but they told me they couldn't do that and wouldn't take it back until I had missed several payments, which I then proceeded to do. The part of my story which seems relevant to these videos is at the time it was reposessed, 3 of us at my work had almost identical cars, same color everything, and it hit me that it must have been fun when the guy pulled up looking for a certain color and make and there sits 3 in a row of the same lol.
There are several ways to deal with a mistake you made of buying a car you can't afford...instead you chose to be a deadbeat and ruin your credit to boot
My vehicle was repo'd over 20 years ago by some very kind gentleman like yourself. Please please please don't EVER let ANYONE change who you are or how you do your job.
I guess the state of Utah isn't paying a high enough cash aid to this single mother who probably got pregnant at 12 and has 6 kids all with diff dads. I'm just so sick of these people thinking everyone owes them-"work for free RepoMan"! My son was 17 turning 18, 1st month of his Sr year when he got his 16 yr old GF preggers. They never sponged off anyone. He joined the Army, married her and graduated HS. Our DIL and granddaughter lived with us while he was in Bootcamp and we made sure she graduated HS too! They just celebrated a 1yr anniversary 17 days ago and baby turned 1 five days ago. He's carried health ins. On them both and paid for all 3 of them on his own while she's a stay at home mommy. I refused to have my son make a child that sucks California dry. I'm sorry I'm so bitchy but too many people take advantage.
Your Son did the right thing because he was raised RIGHT and because of you his children will be raised right and so on. The world would be a better place if it had more parents like you.
your son is an amazing person, a friend of my dad got attacked because he had a sticker on the back of his semi trailer saying "work harder because millions of people on welfare depend on you" and a man his girlfriend or whoever she was started to yell at him saying that it's hard living off of welfare and he asked them "have you tried to work for yourself and support your family on your own?" they continued to yell at him and it wasn't like they were struggling with money because they were driving a 2014 silverado z71, i think, this was during 2014, and their clothes we clean, like brand new clean, so if they could buy a brand new truck and have clothes that look brand new compared to someone like me and my dad who wear faded clothes and try to make every piece of clothing last for years while we work our asses off in the sun everyday then either it's not that hard to live off welfare or someone can't spend their money right and/or choose to live off of others, I'm glad your son isn't like this, we need more people like your son and we need parents to be more like you.
I have alot of respect for you due to the fact that you show the utmost respect in the worst case scenarios. Your job can be very stressful, and you handle it diligently. I love your show! Keep it up Reponut!
You are so nice to that lady and by golly she was so nice back. Almost made me feel like paying off the note for her if I had millions. Well you see the good and the bad on your job plus you are so skilled at what you do,congratulations.
Not everyone getting a repo is on hard times. I has a repo in 2007 because the finance contract had a clause saying that I had to be gainfully employed. I was current on my payments but because my job ended, (contract position) they were obligated to collect the collateral. When I found that they were sending a repo guy to collect it, I parked it at my parents' farm with the keys in it and the doors unlocked. Gave the company the address and told them I'd see them in court. Sadly the repo guy still came at 3am and dragged the car a mile and a half until the front bumper fell off. He tried to claim that the damage was done prior to his repo job but I had pics and video proving otherwise. He ended up taking $4300 out of his insurance to cover the damages and then the car sold at auction for more than 2000 over what the note was valued at. Never again will I buy from a used car lot. Then again I'll never finance another car either. Cash or walking, that's all.
Here is the mentality on grace periods. I used to do auto loans and we let the borrower pick what date of the month they wanted to pay, 1 through 28. You would not believe how many people immediately said, "and what is the grace period on that?" I used to tell them they are picking the day so pick a day they can meet as late is late. But that is the mentality of people, how late can I get away with paying? FWIW he is a new BF and already paying her bills! Amazing!
You must be the world's nicest repo guy, knock on doors to see if the want to get personal effects, maybe call finance company bring up to date. In my neighborhood here in Florida we see Repos all the time just after sun up and they hook and book! Btw beautiful dobby!
Your running a brand new rig with a sports car in a nice house. We run an 01 international and have passed on $1000 recoveries out of the sake that some people can use the help. Positive karma.
You've been to that apartment complex so many times that I myself know that place top to bottom and I don't even live there! But anyhow, keep up the good work! I'll gladly donate something once I make some money in the shop this weekend.
Surgical precision on the placement when they paid up. I get the guy wanting to save a few bucks, cant blame him for trying, but hey you gotta get paid and the banks not gonna want to eat it. He didn't argue after your explanation, albeit he wasnt happy but who is happy after paying X + 100.. She had to be more than a payment behind, so he did her a big favor. All said, the professionalism was outstanding. Thats another thing I must say, I've checked out the channel, many videos past through current.. i had a different view on repo men coming in. So mission accomplished, I get the repo man's side of things now, and have to say that you carry it well, and put up with tons of shit but brush it off more than most people. Perhaps the rest of the industry doesnt work the same way. In the unlikely event I ever get a car repo'ed, hope your the guy! Best wishes for you and Shanda, and thanks for the videos!
I love a happy ending. Everyone wins here. The finance company got their money. Matt got his $100. And the lady got to keep her car. Hopefully she stayed on top of the payments. When you make arrangements after your car was repo'd, the finance company has a ZERO tolerance policy and the next time they take your car, you won't be getting it back. UNLESS you pay off whatever is owed on the car. Which in most cases would be thousands.
That's cool that you went to the door and asked if they want to grab personal items and gave them the chance to square up with the finance company....thank you for being human on this one !
We have an unfortunate job to do and the way I see it why make it any worse than it already is. Every driveway we back up has a family in deep financial crisis. Understanding this is a key part of being able to get it done the right way.
sure let me take the 100 dollars off and while im at it let me go home and take the breakfast my daughters eating out of her mouth. pretty much what he was asking.
fuckoffgoogle if you live in the real world then you would understand its his work, all that time and fuel being used. This is how he eats and pays the bills. so no i think your not a sharp one. give breaks and see how long your company would last.
240SSONLY You have no idea what you're talking about. Firstly, you don't understand what it's like to run a repo business, secondly, what the finance company charges the debtor for the repo isn't Matt's call. The finance company is Matt's client, not the debtor.
Jacob S and you do? i know more than you think Jacob... funny thing my name is Jacob too... here is what i know about repo business at night... they take off their company magnets and go pick up cars left and right... "repo-ing around" i hate tow truck drivers how bout that... plenty of life experiences which i wont name, have taught me this, every city is the same... fucking mafia... specially the parking lot types people want to shoot cops... funny i want to shoot tow truck drivers... repo or not. they are true scumbags that most only have friendships based on interests of their trade, other wise... them drivers are pieces of shit. i haven't met any nice ones to say otherwise have created this deep hate towards their kind because of how they are couldn't be mechanics and they use the thief tools of the trade... yeh great career stealing cars day or night (im sure DAN is a great business man and runs a great business, but he failed to show compassion and a little grace here) and this clearly shows how they cant even take $20 fucking dollars off even if the payment was made on the spot... he did not tow the truck anywhere else... fuck that one sign of humanity was all the guy on the phone was asking for. it was upto "Dan" to make the call... if Dan doesnt want to do it for free i understand. But a discount would of been nice... and please dont go off on a rant... trying to be the repo's man lawyer... please spare me i would of complemented the first repo guy to do something nice on tape... if they do such a thing when i fix a car or repair something for someone, i do a little extra to show my work is clean and my customer gets more than what they pay for... that shows signs of good business... tell me how $20 ware going to hurt "Dans" pocket some more... or how he does "Good Business" fuka here
Dude, you're very professional and actually probably one of the nicest repo guys I've seen (I haven't had any property repo'd) but I have friends who are repo guys.... I can't believe people always try the guilt or sob stories as if you're going to just say "oh ya, let me drop it and pretend like I've never been able to find it" If they don't pay their electricity, they shut the power off... If you don't pay your Car payment, They come get it.
At about 8 minutes 30 seconds, when the dbag tried to get you to leave her car, that's when I would have been whelp guess she doesn't need anything from it bye.
i enjoy your videos because you seem to be a honest business man doing your job and when you can you bend as much as you can to help the person in a bad spot but i agree with others that it is funny how so many find the $ only after there car is on the lift i own a 2006 Nissan and it is payed off and has 106k miles on it and i will keep for another 10 years but when i had the note on payday some times i may have had only 90$ left for 2 weeks but my bills where payed and for a few weeks we did not eat out or blow $ and my 12year old daughter lives with me and i am a single parent and i just say sorry babe no CiCi's for a few weeks and we do cheep fun stuff for a wile
do not quite know how to take your post are you saying people should not use your kids to get free stuff or should I not use my daughter to get free stuff?
A guy that I work with, he just turned 19. He has 5 kids. 4 with one girl. 1 with another. All his kids are under the age of 3. I about lost my shit when I heard him say that.
+rrpostalagain although I think it's a myth that many people at all do it to get all that great social assistance. You'd live a shitty life with basic shitty stuff for your family. It ain't a get rich scheme. People are just horny and stupid and we can't just let them starve.
At the rate of population increase compared to our expansion of the logistics for distributing food on this planet-- We may wind up having a lot of starvation, regardless. A 1:1 birth to death ratio is horrific when you really think about what that looks like. And what would 16 billion people do to this planet? With just 7.4 billion, we're already threatening this planet's ability to sustain life on land.
+rrpostalagain exactly i am on odsp for medical reasons. i work as i am aloud part time but thats 3 days a week and they still take every dollar from what i make. i wish i could work more and not be on odsp but the government loves to take money from the ill. my pills are about 1000 a month and my odsp isnt much i hate people on welfare and shit jusy for money. youcannt get rich on it
I like the part where the boy friend tries to make Matt feel bad about taking a single mothers only vehicle. Maybe she should of thought about this before having children! It seems quite frequently they feel that other people should give them a break for their lack of planning. I am a Feminist and believe women can do anything a man can. LIKE MAKE THEIR PAYMENTS AND PURCHASE VEHICLES THAT THEY CAN AFFORD.
Time is money. The minutes matt has to sit waiting for this boyfriend to negotiate and pay the finance company are minutes matt could have gone to another assignment. So yes matt does get paid whethet he takes or not. Should be paid even more if he does not take because the debtor pays the amount needed to drop the car. Classy and polite. Allowing personal property out of car, asking keys, and providing phone numbers.
Hey Matt, Here's a strange question for you: Have you looked into possibly being diagnosed with asthema? I know what you do can be strenuous, but I can hear your breath and it sounds labored at times. A few shots of Albuterol could help with that.
RepoNut And the altitude doesn't help either. People don't realize the toll living at altitude takes if you're not in amazing shape, and even then you still need to acclimate.
Ken M haha yeah found that out when i lived in colorado got altitude sickness the first day, after coming from california at sea level, got used to it and lived in colorado for 3 years
Blood Guns and Honor haha, I moved from New Orleans, at about 10 foot below sea level. Didn't get altitude sickness but the first time I drove up 70 to Dillon I got one hell of a nasty headache. I live in San Jose for now, but in the next year will likely be moving somewhere with a base elevation of at least 6000ft. Because elevation > lack thereof.
Hank Hill 1st of all read the comment. 2nd of all find someone with more than a two digit IQ to explain the joke to you. And by the way hahahaha denotes a joke.
Put it back in the parking space? After that I would have dropped it right in the middle of the parking lot. Seriously the guy wanted 50 bucks off? The loan was probably 90 days late and the boyfriend was paying it and he's trying to get a $50 discount? The balls on people.....LOL
I DONT KNOW HOW I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL. BUT I CANT STOP WATCHING. INTERESTING SLICE OF LIFE
+Richard Lindsay (POKEPROFRICH) FUNNY....I cant stop either!!
same here...it's crazy...
Definitely! I know it's not easy but Matt makes me want to switch careers from pest control to tow. This guy makes it look so easy!
+Richard Lindsay (POKEPROFRICH) i was expecting rich idiots wrecking their expensive toys and then throwing a hissy fit. first video was titled the richer they are they bigger they cry.
+Kenspiricy i know right!i clean windows and do quite well but this would be awesome!
You should have gave him "your bosses" number and when your cell rang, while looking him in the eye, answered it!! ha! ha! .. No wait, bad move to let any debtor have your cell number.. never mind..
Exactly, but that's why you have a throw-away Google Voice number that'll ring your phone.
Doorguru Just pay the damn car payment EASY SOLUTION
YYEESSSSS😂😂😂😂
I work for a finance company and I deal with high delinquencies, for people who don't make their car payments. I just have to say I like to watch your videos and see how you repo people's car.
Hey Rosa how’s the finance business these days?
The look on his face after you told him it was your company is priceless LOL
You go an extra mile to help these people out
That couple was made for each other. He wants free work and she wants a free vehicle.
Democratic Liberal supporters, no doubt!
Butter face
Democrats for sure
They must feel the bern
How do we know they are together ? I seen no proof of that whatsoever besides his title . He said when he was talking to him over the porch “ she’s a single mom “ then he comes down and says “ I had no idea she was behind , I’m gonna pay for it “ smh why do you people assume
LMAO "come on man she's a single mom" "can't you help her out?"no bud you're the one living in her apartment why don't YOU help her out haha.
How about the father of her children help her out?
He did.
so you get to listen to the convo between the bank and the person? thats awesome at least you know your not getting lied to
guy pays payment and gets dumped a week later
Lol probably
+Justin Hinojosa Thats how the game works
...wait, wait, so they deserved to get screwed-over by "smart" women?
...yeah, but sometimes there's a fine line between "being ruthless" and "being a bitch". yodaddy nuggems why would you pay someone else’s mortgage who you clearly didn’t know that well????
12:48 he says "Is there any break" The fact that you gave him 10min to wait for finance co to call her back. How many other repo agents would have just hooked and booked. Bless you and your patience for people.
yeah the guy who repod my gfs car took it somewhere between 12am and 7am and definitely didnt knock lol
I see the repo guys come by my area when i'm coming off shift at 4 am lol
I enjoyed watching one guys F350 getting towed away after he had made fun of my beater
i bet his ass is happy right now lol
Chicago Finest if he is he ditched a wana be gold digger.
Really, did it make any difference what time they came for the car? It still would have been picked up even if she had been there to watch.
RepoNut I really admire how well you compose yourself and how you handle your clients. You have a great attitude about you and your work. Love your videos, keep up the great work.
It's funny how nobody wants to pay until it's being repo
judging by the premature aging on her face, her money is probably going into her veins

The guy is indirectly asking you to give them $100.
lol
My answer would be simply: "I dont know you - why should I give you $100?"
very good point.
What's the bet they went into default the next month? She has "no" money means she can't afford this car.
I noticed most cars in that lot were horribly parked. You backed that car in with your truck and it sat straighter than any car in that lot. People suck behind the wheel.
Which is why autonomous cars are the future
I cant pull into a spot for my life, which is why I always back in.
Or can't color between the lines.
I'm pretty sure the debtors were given plenty of warning about being behind in payments.Had they been current on their payments,Matt would not need to come out to repo their vehicle. So,they have no one to blame but themselves..
same theory on eating junk food and getting cancer....still would make you cry when your mom says honey we need to talk...

Putting up a sign does not release you from liability
u said tha guy asked to speak to yo boss! i would've said ok. i would've given him tha number, let him dial it, I'd answer & say, "how can i help you sir" that would've ben funny as hell!!!!
The way you picked that Honda up.. it'd be funny to go around and mess with people's parking 😂
Love how you have tracking units on the cars.. Guess you have a lot of frequent flyers.
This tow driver is way too accommodating to these dead beats. When the tow truck arrives, it's because all other avenues have bee exhausted.
Always be nice.....until it's time not to be nice.
Boneman131 lol.. A Road House fan? lol
Bro you must have bionic eyes how the hell did you see that license plate from so far away!! You're a good guy very respectful, most towtrucks won't let you get your stuff out of your car let alone offer. Good job good skills my man 🤘
I know this is a super old comment but go pros have wide view, so things look farther away and smaller than they actually are.
Dont get why people get mad because the guy does repos. For a living ??? If he doesn't do it somebody else will. For fu©k sakes, let.them man provide for his family. Dont put sh!t on credit if cant live up to the obligation.
Pretty much don't shoot the messenger. I feel bad for people like this, he doesn't deserve the shit he gets.
Plain and simple!
i'd do repo if a job opening is available, got the same customers and workhours anyway
MrNotorius5500 that's why you cut the exhaust off and run stacks.
Right?
You can see a better angle of what I did by watching this video. Miller Industries - Vulcan 812 Intruder II
Waa
@@RepoNut How do you lift a car from the side and swing it around, like that Honda, without damage to the exhaust, chassis or floor? Just curious.
If he paid the bill in time he wouldn't have to pay that 100$ extra, how is is so complicated to comprehend lol.
Anastasia Reed , imma go out on a limb here and guess being the fact the dude said “I didn’t even know she was behind” (being its he’s just a boyfriend or someone fucking her) is what the reason is.
$100 is quite reasonable.
+olsmokey Really is
he explained later thats NOT what he charges.... thats what the finance company charged them this time. he bills the company MORE to do this. bank ate the difference. i bet you the actual fee is 250. ive noticed people have a massive comprehension problem. go back and listen...
My town towing across town is like 50$ on flatbed crazy deal
I remember for like weeks I kept having tow trucks pull up to check my car and leave. Found out the guy down the street was the mustang they were looking for. I kept freaking out and checking my statements to make sure I was on time, even when I knew I was 😂😂
would you talk to yourself if the camera wasn't there? I would. Why is this so interesting to watch?
The way you pulled that Honda out was pure art
Is this dude for real he wants done for free. This is how the repoman puts food on table for his family. I love how he moved that Honda Civic
It takes them almost taking the vehicle to make the payment.. crazy. If you're late pay it, even 1 day late is late.
+Chris Vandernaald It is crazy and they also end up paying more because of the fees.
Chris Vandernaald i send the repo guy after the car if payment isnt paid by the time i close.
Its the same thing with rent.. Actually it isn't, they get locked out, don't pay, and the landlord is the bad guy.
I love that he re-parked her trail blazer better than she did!!!
I love how the First Lady said “Yeah I need to get some stuff out of the vehicle” yet we never entered it haha
@@lucyflorey9152 please do explain do dos and donts
Haha it's awesome when you can be like "I'm the owner of the company". Owned 😂😂😂😂
that Honda pick was amazing. you're surgical with that lift.
The world would be a better place if it had more parents like you.
your son is an amazing person, a friend of my dad got attacked because he had a sticker on the back of his semi trailer saying "work harder because millions of people on welfare depend on you" and a man his girlfriend or whoever she was started to yell at him saying that it's hard living off of welfare and he asked them "have you tried to work for yourself and support your family on your own?" they continued to yell at him and it wasn't like they were struggling with money because they were driving a 2014 silverado z71, i think, this was during 2014, and their clothes we clean, like brand new clean, so if they could buy a brand new truck and have clothes that look brand new compared to someone like me and my dad who wear faded clothes and try to make every piece of clothing last for years while we work our asses off in the sun everyday then either it's not that hard to live off welfare or someone can't spend their money right and/or choose to live off of others, I'm glad your son isn't like this, we need more people like your son and we need parents to be more like you.
okay little boy, go back to doing your English homework and stay out of grown people conversations
albinosniper1121 lol you got a reaction out of like two people, calm down sweaty kid.
MoGhetto Mel not everyone has the army's benefits to live off of. Lol
I have alot of respect for you due to the fact that you show the utmost respect in the worst case scenarios. Your job can be very stressful, and you handle it diligently. I love your show! Keep it up Reponut!
Do you conceal carry for self defense while working
He should
@rats arsed repoman is locked up?
rats arsed , damn, hope it’s not anything fucked up.
im addicted to this channel.
No No! Never work for Free! Hope you're doing well brother.
You are so nice to that lady and by golly she was so nice back. Almost made me feel like paying off the note for her if I had millions. Well you see the good and the bad on your job plus you are so skilled at what you do,congratulations.
I just subscribed. I don’t know why but your videos are so freaking entertaining!
ClawdyaTube that’s horrible! How did they know you didn’t work anymore? I mean as long as your on time they shouldn’t bother you .
13:07 Half off? 50 bucks instead? No charge? hahahaha
Amazing!
Mr. Boyfriend, be a nice guy and why don't YOU pay the $100?
Popped up in my recommendations today now I’m binge watching lol 😂
Gotta love when the YT algorithm dishes ya up a new rabbit whole to get lost in
You must be the world's nicest repo guy, knock on doors to see if the want to get personal effects, maybe call finance company bring up to date. In my neighborhood here in Florida we see Repos all the time just after sun up and they hook and book!
Btw beautiful dobby!
TheCarsito That would make a very boring video.
I have to say, you're not just a repo guy. You've turned this into a craftsmanship of your trade. Kool beans. Be safe
do the car alarms get on your nervs or it just got to the point that you don't mind it
pyromaniac171 After a while you just get used to it i guess.
Your running a brand new rig with a sports car in a nice house. We run an 01 international and have passed on $1000 recoveries out of the sake that some people can use the help. Positive karma.
Todd Orr that’s amazing. god bless you! I’m sure you’ll be in business a very long time!
Less than $100 for doing this? Wow, not enough.
You are a very nice man , most towing services would have ransacked the vehicle and stole the items thank you for being such a good man.
Honest job for an honest day's work. No disrespect in doing your job with a level head like you do.
Tell The new boyfriend like my mom always tell me. "Yeah you want this, and people in Hell want ice water."
Well I learned how to open a locked car door and cover my Vin number HaHA.
Don't forget we've also learned to always reverse into a parking space and crank the wheels hard over 😂
You've been to that apartment complex so many times that I myself know that place top to bottom and I don't even live there!
Best wishes for you and Shanda, and thanks for the videos!
this is savage. mad respect man. your job is the hardest ever. respecttt.
Pay your god dam bills.
Never buy a car from a dealership. Go private and support each other.
That's cool that you went to the door and asked if they want to grab personal items and gave them the chance to square up with the finance company....thank you for being human on this one !
We have an unfortunate job to do and the way I see it why make it any worse than it already is. Every driveway we back up has a family in deep financial crisis. Understanding this is a key part of being able to get it done the right way.
sure let me take the 100 dollars off and while im at it let me go home and take the breakfast my daughters eating out of her mouth. pretty much what he was asking.
fuckoffgoogle Not his fault that his girlfriend is biting off more than she can chew.
fuckoffgoogle if you live in the real world then you would understand its his work, all that time and fuel being used. This is how he eats and pays the bills. so no i think your not a sharp one. give breaks and see how long your company would last.
Andre Araujo no $20 dollar or $40 discount... com'on
i hope you never have a rough time in life and no one cuts you a break...
240SSONLY You have no idea what you're talking about. Firstly, you don't understand what it's like to run a repo business, secondly, what the finance company charges the debtor for the repo isn't Matt's call. The finance company is Matt's client, not the debtor.
Jacob S and you do?
i know more than you think Jacob... funny thing my name is Jacob too...
here is what i know about repo business
at night... they take off their company magnets and go pick up cars left and right...
"repo-ing around"
i hate tow truck drivers how bout that...
plenty of life experiences which i wont name, have taught me this, every city is the same... fucking mafia... specially the parking lot types
people want to shoot cops... funny i want to shoot tow truck drivers... repo or not. they are true scumbags that most only have friendships based on interests of their trade, other wise... them drivers are pieces of shit. i haven't met any nice ones to say otherwise
have created this deep hate towards their kind because of how they are
couldn't be mechanics and they use the thief tools of the trade... yeh great career stealing cars day or night
(im sure DAN is a great business man and runs a great business, but he failed to show compassion and a little grace here)
and this clearly shows how they cant even take $20 fucking dollars off even if the payment was made on the spot...
he did not tow the truck anywhere else...
fuck that
one sign of humanity was all the guy on the phone was asking for. it was upto "Dan" to make the call... if Dan doesnt want to do it for free i understand. But a discount would of been nice...
and please dont go off on a rant... trying to be the repo's man lawyer... please spare me
i would of complemented the first repo guy to do something nice on tape... if they do such a thing
when i fix a car or repair something for someone, i do a little extra to show my work is clean and my customer gets more than what they pay for... that shows signs of good business...
tell me how $20 ware going to hurt "Dans" pocket some more... or how he does "Good Business"
fuka here
Dude, you're very professional and actually probably one of the nicest repo guys I've seen (I haven't had any property repo'd) but I have friends who are repo guys.... I can't believe people always try the guilt or sob stories as if you're going to just say "oh ya, let me drop it and pretend like I've never been able to find it" If they don't pay their electricity, they shut the power off... If you don't pay your Car payment, They come get it.
oh, have pity on the single mom... Well, boyfriend if you are so concerned... marry her, support her and help raise her children
Pat Stone yeah fuck that
I forget that when poor people have unprotected sex they get a free pass to not take responsibility for their actions
Whom is watching the baby now?
Isn't the boyfriend supposed to be working?
This is the kind of content that makes UA-cam great
At about 8 minutes 30 seconds, when the dbag tried to get you to leave her car, that's when I would have been whelp guess she doesn't need anything from it bye.
Love the new head set brother. Gives us a birds eye view. keep uploading! have not heard from you in a while.
i enjoy your videos because you seem to be a honest business man doing your job and when you can you bend as much as you can to help the person in a bad spot
but i agree with others that it is funny how so many find the $ only after there car is on the lift
i own a 2006 Nissan and it is payed off and has 106k miles on it and i will keep for another 10 years
but when i had the note on payday some times i may have had only 90$ left for 2 weeks but my bills where payed and for a few weeks we did not eat out or blow $
and my 12year old daughter lives with me and i am a single parent and i just say sorry babe no CiCi's for a few weeks and we do cheep fun stuff for a wile
do not quite know how to take your post
are you saying people should not use your kids to get free stuff or should I not use my daughter to get free stuff?
This dude knows a shit ton about cars and trucks in general. Very interesting channel.
MMM that red MR2 though!!!
You don't have to tell anyone about yourself ,how you feed your family ! The less anybody knows about you the better for our family !!!!
damn, how many kids did that woman have
I stopped counting after 6...
A guy that I work with, he just turned 19. He has 5 kids. 4 with one girl. 1 with another. All his kids are under the age of 3. I about lost my shit when I heard him say that.
I am so hooked on these vids. So interesting I like how the mechanics are explained. I do not like to see some peeps sad though
Why are all these people having kids that they obviously can't afford??
That's the question of the decade. It's got a lot more to do with refusing to work and living off tax dollars of those of us who actually do work.
+Truth Sayer of the decade? More like of all human existence.
+rrpostalagain although I think it's a myth that many people at all do it to get all that great social assistance. You'd live a shitty life with basic shitty stuff for your family. It ain't a get rich scheme. People are just horny and stupid and we can't just let them starve.
At the rate of population increase compared to our expansion of the logistics for distributing food on this planet--
We may wind up having a lot of starvation, regardless.
A 1:1 birth to death ratio is horrific when you really think about what that looks like.
And what would 16 billion people do to this planet?
With just 7.4 billion, we're already threatening this planet's ability to sustain life on land.
+rrpostalagain exactly i am on odsp for medical reasons. i work as i am aloud part time but thats 3 days a week and they still take every dollar from what i make. i wish i could work more and not be on odsp but the government loves to take money from the ill. my pills are about 1000 a month and my odsp isnt much i hate people on welfare and shit jusy for money. youcannt get rich on it
Great video Matt, nice pick on the Honda. I can't believe the first guy, "Half off please? Free?" haha.
Isaac Kiener It's not asthema its a mic mounted to close to an out of shape set of lungs.
+RepoNut haha
Was just bored and this came into my feed so I figured I'd see what's up with the repo biz... thanks for the ride along...
Matt, I hate to say it but there is actually a 'grace' period. It's exactly 30 days from the date of your last payment... hahahaha....
You think that you know more than the guy who's been in the repo business for 30 years? You're talking straight out of your ass
Hank Hill
1st of all read the comment. 2nd of all find someone with more than a two digit IQ to explain the joke to you. And by the way hahahaha denotes a joke.
+CommonCentsRob congrats you can count to 2. Jokes are funny, I think you need some more common sense there rob.
Hank Hill
Did you just fart? Your voice sounds different but your breath smells the same. lol
i see what you did there
That was bad ass how you picked up the civic from the side to get it correctly positioned. Big thumbs up straight up.
Very cool how you maneuvered that Honda into a position you could tow it without resorting to dollies or a grab/drop/re-grab.
My adrenaline starts up watching these videos and I'm not even there.
Put it back in the parking space? After that I would have dropped it right in the middle of the parking lot. Seriously the guy wanted 50 bucks off? The loan was probably 90 days late and the boyfriend was paying it and he's trying to get a $50 discount? The balls on people.....LOL
wait a minute that was a neighbor that saved the day seems like he's trying to get it in what a buster
I love how the guy came up to talk to him but he was on the phone call
You just taught me something new on getting a vehicle out of a parking spot without dragging it.
