Village kids being healthy has a lot to do with diet and being active and lack of money to eat rich unhealthy foods. You can still get kids in the village who are not traditional and are obese because they can afford calorie rich foods.
Ushago people used to go bare foot not for fun but coz money for shoes was nowhere but I realise now that walking and running barefoot is the exercise of the heart.
I believe in this. The science in foot reflexology tells it all.Different parts of our feet are linked to various parts of our body. That is why I do walk workouts for 15 minutes every day though my shoes are on but the fact that my feet are hitting the ground actively for the 15 minutes is reassuring and I believe is what partly keeps me healthy...🤔

If only people would be considerate and avoid spitting and stop throwing sharp objects like glass and nails then I would be walking occasionally barefooted. Now I would have to be very selective where I connect with the ground directly.
